数学教师的人格魅力影响中职学生数学学习动机的研究

【摘要】:近几年来国家十分重视并大力发展职业教育,数学是职业教育中必修的基础文化课,而目前相当多的中职生缺乏学习数学动机,严重影响了中职教育的发展,因此,激发中职生的数学学习动机尤为紧迫和重要。 调查发现,教师的学识、能力、性情、品德修养等综合素质所熔铸成的人格魅力,是吸引学生学习的主要力量源泉。基于上述理由,本文就影响数学学习动机的主要因素、培养数学学习动机的策略与教师人格魅力的强大功能相结合,探索教师自身人格魅力影响学生数学学习动机的理论与实践。 笔者在整理相关动机理论和教师人格魅力理论的基础上,通过理论思辨和经验总结,首先探讨了教师人格魅力激发学生学习动机的策略:(1)凭高尚的师德熏陶学生,激发学习动机;(2)以深厚的专业引领学生,激发学习动机;(3)展非凡的才华折服学生,激发学习动机。 其次,基于理论依托和事实依据,本人着手对所执教的两个班级进行实验研究。对实验班有意识地运用教师人格魅力激发学生数学学习动机的教学策略。经过大胆实践,得出如下结论: (1)数学教师是影响中职生数学学习动机的重要因素;(2)教师的人格魅力显著影响了中职生数学学习动机。 最后,基于理论思考和实验探究,笔者提出完善数学教师人格魅力,激发和提升中职生数学学习动机水平的进一步建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country attaches great importance to and vigorously develops vocational education. Mathematics is a compulsory basic cultural course in vocational education. However, at present, quite a large number of secondary vocational students lack motivation to learn mathematics, which seriously affects the development of secondary vocational education. It is particularly urgent and important to stimulate the mathematics learning motivation of secondary vocational school students. The investigation shows that the personality charm of teachers' comprehensive qualities, such as learning, ability, temperament and moral cultivation, is the main source of attraction to students. Based on the above reasons, this paper combines the main factors that affect the motivation of mathematics learning, the strategy of cultivating the motivation of mathematics learning, and the powerful function of teacher's personality charm. This paper explores the theory and practice of the influence of teachers' personality charm on students' mathematical learning motivation. On the basis of sorting out the relevant motivation theory and the theory of teacher's personality charm, through theoretical thinking and experience summing up, the author first discusses the strategy of stimulating students' learning motivation by teacher's personality charm. Motivating learning motivation (2) leading students with deep majors, motivating learning motivation / motivating students to develop extraordinary talents and motivating learning motivation. Secondly, based on the theoretical and factual basis, I began to teach the two classes of experimental research. The teaching strategy of stimulating students' mathematics learning motivation by using teachers' personality charm consciously in the experimental class. After bold practice, the following conclusions have been drawn: (1) Mathematics teacher is an important factor to affect the mathematics learning motivation of secondary vocational school students. 2) the personality charm of the teacher has a significant effect on the mathematics learning motivation of secondary vocational school students. Finally, based on theoretical thinking and experimental research, the author puts forward further suggestions on how to perfect the personality charm of mathematics teachers and stimulate and enhance the level of mathematics learning motivation of secondary vocational school students.
