中职学生自我管理能力培养研究

【摘要】：近些年，随着经济的迅猛发展，国家对与经济发展息息相关的职业教育非常重视，尤其是中等职业教育。2012年，全国中等职业学校在校生有2200多万，占高中阶段教育的“半壁江山”。从2007年到2011年，，中职学校毕业生总人数超过3000万人，就业率连续5年保持在95%以上，加上中职资助体系的不断健全，中职学校在校生人数逐年增加，这是喜讯，另一方面中职学校入学门槛低，导致学生质量参差不齐，对学生管理工作提出更大挑战。学生难管理的主要原因是学生自我管理能力缺失，而职业教育即就业教育，学生的出口是社会，自我管理能力关乎学生的可持续发展。本研究依据教育学和心理学的基本理论，运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对包头财经信息职业学校学生自我管理状况进行实地研究，收集了大量的资料，深入了解中职学生在学习目标与动机、日常生活管理、自我情绪管理、自我人际交往管理、自我网络行为管理、自我职业规划管理方面存在的主要问题，分析了社会、学校、家庭、自身等方面的成因，寻求培养中职学生自我管理能力的策略，以期对中职学生的可持续发展尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the state attaches great importance to vocational education, which is closely related to economic development, especially secondary vocational education. In 2012, there were more than 22 million secondary vocational school students in China. It accounts for half of the high school education. From 2007 to 2011, the total number of secondary vocational school graduates exceeded 30 million, and the employment rate remained above 95 percent for five consecutive years. In addition, with the continuous improvement of the secondary vocational aid system, the number of students in secondary vocational schools has increased year by year. This is good news. On the other hand, the low entrance threshold of secondary vocational schools leads to the uneven quality of students, which poses a greater challenge to student management. The main reason for students' difficult management is the lack of students' self-management ability, while vocational education is employment education, and students' export is the society, and self-management ability is related to the sustainable development of students. Based on the basic theories of pedagogy and psychology, this study conducted a field study on the self-management of students in Baotou Financial Information Vocational School by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, and collected a lot of data. Deeply understand the main problems of secondary vocational school students in the aspects of learning goal and motivation, daily life management, self-emotion management, self-interpersonal communication management, self-network behavior management, self-career planning management, and analyze the society and school. In order to contribute to the sustainable development of secondary vocational school students, the causes of family, self, and so on, are sought to cultivate the students' self-management ability.
