中职金融专业仿真实验教学系统运行中的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：中等职业教育是我国高中阶段教育的重要组成部分,是国家职业教育体系的必要补充。这些年来,在政府与社会各界的大力支持下,中等职业教育蓬勃发展,不断革新教育技术与手段,建立与企业岗位、技能标准相结合的仿真实习、实训基地,使学生不出校门,也能接受现代化职业技术教育,为我国经济建设培养了大量合格的劳动型、技能型人才,也为我国经济的可持续、高速地发展奠定了坚实的人力资源基础。伴随着各中等职业学校仿真实验、实习场地纷纷建立,仿真实验教学的广泛运用,如何有效利用仿真实验设备,提高仿真实验教学的效果,保证仿真实验体系的正常运行成为各中等职业学校专业教学的重要研究课题。本文选择中职金融专业为此次研究的切入点,通过理论研究与实证调查相结合的方式,从近年来中等职业学校仿真实验教学系统的实际运行情况出发,分析其中存在的各种不利因素,揭示仿真实验教学系统运用问题背后的深刻成因,探索中职金融专业仿真实验教学系统运行的改进措施,以期丰富仿真实验教学理论,对中等职业学校各专业开展仿真实验教学提供有益的借鉴。本文首先从中等职业教育的时代背景出发,提出了对“中职金融专业仿真实验教学系统运行”进行研究的命题,分析了对该命题进行研究的理论意义和现实意义,从理论研究的角度对仿真实验教学系统的国内现状、国外现状做出了综合归纳与评述；其次,本文系统地论述了中职仿真实验教学系统的相关概念与理论基础,阐述了中职金融专业教学采用仿真实验教学系统的必要性,简单剖析了中职金融专业仿真实验教学系统的基本结构；然后,通过对长沙财经学校的实证调查结合相关文献理论研究,从硬件系统、软件系统、教师、学生以及课程与教材的配合等五个方面系统论证了中职金融专业仿真实验教学系统运行中存在的各种问题,并深刻分析了问题背后的各种成因；最后,本文针对前述的各种问题,结合仿真实验教学的新型理论以及先进中等职业学校的仿真实验教学有效运行模式,笔者尝试提出中职金融专业仿真实验教学系统运行的改进措施。即加大政府资金投入力度、深化校企合作、改进中职教学管理思路、全面提升教师素质、研发符合实验需求的校本教材、增强学生就业与创业能力。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in China. It is a necessary supplement to the national vocational education system. In these years, under the strong support of the government and the community, secondary vocational education has developed vigorously, constantly innovating educational technology and means, establishing a simulation practice based on the combination of enterprise posts and technical standards. In order to make the students not out of school, they can also accept modern vocational and technical education, and have trained a large number of qualified labor type and skilled talents for the economic construction of our country. It also lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our economy and the rapid development of our country. With the simulation experiments of secondary vocational schools, the practice sites have been established in succession, imitating the reality. The extensive use of laboratory teaching, how to effectively use the simulation experimental equipment, improve the effect of the simulation experiment teaching and ensure the normal operation of the simulation experiment system has become an important research topic in the professional teaching of the secondary vocational schools.
In this paper, the financial major of secondary vocational school is selected as the breakthrough point of this study. Through the combination of theoretical research and empirical investigation, this paper starts from the actual operation of the simulation experiment teaching system in secondary vocational schools in recent years, analyzes the various adverse factors in it, and reveals the profound causes behind the problems behind the application of the imitation true teaching system. In order to enrich the theory of simulation experiment teaching, the improvement measures for the operation of the simulation experiment teaching system of the secondary vocational finance specialty are expected to provide useful reference for the teaching of the simulation experiment in the secondary vocational schools.
Starting from the background of the secondary vocational education, this paper puts forward the proposition of the research on the operation of the simulation experiment teaching system of the secondary vocational finance specialty, analyzes the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research on the proposition, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the domestic status of the simulation experiment teaching system and the foreign situation from the angle of theory research. Secondly, the paper systematically expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of the secondary vocational simulation experiment teaching system, expounds the necessity of adopting the simulation experiment teaching system in the teaching of secondary vocational finance specialty, and briefly analyzes the basic structure of the simulation experiment teaching system of the secondary vocational finance specialty; then, through the Changsha Finance and economics school The empirical investigation combined with the relevant literature theory research, from the hardware system, software system, teachers, students and the combination of curriculum and teaching materials, and other five aspects systematically demonstrated the problems existing in the operation of the secondary vocational financial simulation experiment teaching system, and deeply analyzed the causes behind the problems. Finally, this paper is aimed at the foregoing. Various problems, combined with the new theory of simulation experiment teaching and the effective operation mode of simulation experiment teaching in advanced secondary vocational schools, the author tries to put forward the improvement measures for the operation of the simulation experiment teaching system of the secondary vocational finance specialty, that is to increase the investment of the government funds, deepen the cooperation of the school and enterprise, and improve the teaching management ideas of the secondary vocational school. We should enhance the quality of teachers and develop school-based textbooks that meet the needs of experiments to enhance students' employment and entrepreneurial ability.
