高职院校开展公民教育的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立及政治民主化进程的推进，公民素质已成为社会发展的重要保障。大学生作为社会的重要群体，提升其公民素养，使之具有现代公民理念，是高校公民教育根本所在。高职教育作为高等教育制度中的重要组成部分，肩负着培养技能型人才的重任。但随着社会的发展，，企业对技能型人才的要求越来越高。除强调对专业知识和技能的要求外，还增强了对责任意识、诚信意识、法律意识等方面的要求。这些正是高职学生所欠缺的，也是公民意识缺失的表现。解决这一问题已不是传统的思想政治教育所能完成的，它需要加强高职院校学生公民意识教育。本文以高职学生的高离职率作为切入点，从高职学生公民教育的现状入手，发现存在的问题，深入分析了造成这些现状的原因，并提出了相应的切实可行的改进措施：包括国外经验借鉴，政府主导，高职院校公民教育的体系构建、教学方法的改革、教学内容的创新以及社会的情感教育等多方面，其中：第一部分：对公民及公民教育的概念进行界定，明确公民教育的目标及任务，进而论证了高职院校进行公民教育的必要性。第二部分：深入调查高职学生公民教育的现状，发现其存在问题，并从多方面进行细致分析，为高职院校公民教育改革提供理论依据。第三部分：解决问题，从政府、高职院校和社会三方面入手，提出高职院校公民教育的改进对策及实施途径。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the advancement of the process of political democratization, the quality of citizens has become an important guarantee for the development of the society. As an important group of society, college students are the fundamental place of civic education in higher education as the fundamental place of civic education in Colleges and universities. Higher vocational education is the important part of higher education system. With the development of society, the demand for skilled talents is becoming higher and higher with the development of the society. In addition to emphasizing the requirements of professional knowledge and skills, the requirements for responsibility awareness, integrity awareness and legal consciousness are also strengthened. These are what the higher vocational students are missing and are citizens. It is not the traditional ideological and political education that can solve this problem. It needs to strengthen the civic awareness education of students in higher vocational colleges.
This paper, taking the high turnover rate of higher vocational students as the breakthrough point, starts with the present situation of Higher Vocational Students' civic education, finds out the existing problems, deeply analyzes the reasons for these situations, and puts forward some practical and feasible improvement measures, including foreign experience, government guidance, the system construction of civic education in Higher Vocational Colleges and the teaching side. The reform of law, the innovation of teaching contents, and the emotional education of the society include:
The first part is to define the concept of civic and civic education, to clarify the objectives and tasks of civic education, and to demonstrate the necessity of civic education in higher vocational colleges.
The second part: in-depth investigation of the present situation of Higher Vocational Students' civic education, and find out the existing problems, and make detailed analysis from many aspects, and provide theoretical basis for the reform of civic education in higher vocational colleges.
The third part: solving problems, from the government, higher vocational colleges and society three aspects, puts forward the improvement countermeasures and implementation ways of civic education in higher vocational colleges.
