山东某高职院校校企合作办学模式研究

【摘要】:随着我国产业升级,职业教育得到了很大的发展,校企合作逐渐成为各高等职业院校的重要发展模式,对校企合作模式的研究也不断升温。但目前,学界和实践界对民办高职院校校企合作模式的关注相对较少。本文在分析国内外典型校企合作模式的基础上,依据资源依赖理论、建构主义原理,对山东省某民办高职院校现行校企合作模式进行了深入研究。本研究对于丰富高等职业教育理论,指导民办高等职业院校校企合作具有重要意义。 论文首先对山东圣翰财贸职业学院的内外部环境进行了分析,理清了该民办学校的优劣势及面对的机遇和挑战,运用SWOT分析矩阵提出了适合学校发展的校企合作模式战略;然后对该职业学院两种典型的合作模式,即订单式校企合作模式(净雅班)及校企共建实训基地合作模式(万声通讯实训中心)进行了实例研究,深入剖析了这两种模式能够成功的原因及值得借鉴的实践意义,,并进一步对两种典型模式进行对比分析,发现并指出该校现行校企合作模式存在的主要问题。论文最后针对现行校企合作模式所存在的问题,提出了应在完善各项保障机制建设的同时,激发内在动力,使校企从两家走到一家,尝试构建校企一体化的深层次校企合作模式,组建职教集团,走进中小企业。
[Abstract]:With the upgrading of industry in China, vocational education has been greatly developed. School-enterprise cooperation has gradually become an important development model of higher vocational colleges and universities, and the research on the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises has also been heated up. But at present, the academic and practical circles pay less attention to the cooperation mode of private higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the typical cooperation mode between domestic and foreign universities and enterprises, this paper, based on the theory of resource dependence and the principle of constructivism, makes a deep research on the current cooperation mode of colleges and enterprises in a private vocational college in Shandong Province. This study is of great significance for enriching the theory of higher vocational education and guiding the cooperation of private higher vocational colleges. Firstly, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Shandong Shenghan Institute of Finance and Trade, clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of the private school and the opportunities and challenges faced by the private school, and puts forward the school-enterprise cooperation mode strategy suitable for the development of the school by using the SWOT analysis matrix. Then, two typical cooperation modes of the vocational college, that is, the order mode of cooperation between school and enterprise (net class) and the cooperative mode of co-construction of practical training base of school and enterprise (Wansheng Communication practical training Center), are studied. This paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the success of the two models and their practical significance, and further makes a comparative analysis of the two typical models, and points out the main problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation model of the school. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the current cooperation mode between schools and enterprises, the paper puts forward that while improving the construction of various security mechanisms, it should stimulate the internal motivation and make the schools and enterprises walk from two to one. This paper attempts to construct a deep-level cooperation mode of school-enterprise integration, set up vocational education group, and enter small and medium-sized enterprises.
