基于专业发展的高职教师荣誉体系建设比较研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来我国教师荣誉体系逐步建立,然而高等职业教育荣誉体系存在荣誉称号类别单一、评选方式单一、未形成国家品牌、荣誉后续管理混乱等诸多问题。借鉴西方国家荣誉制度建设的经验,高职教师荣誉体系建设要坚持以人为本、科学系统、SMART等构建原则,设立国家级高职教师的荣誉称号,完善四级荣誉体系形成"阶梯式"的教师专业发展成长路径,探索国家主导,行业、企业、园区、社区、学校五方参与的荣誉体系评审机制,借助全媒体多媒介宣传教师荣誉典型,建立动态的荣誉后续跟踪管理机制,实现高职教师可持续的专业发展,提升其专业发展水平。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the teacher honor system has been gradually established in our country. However, there are many problems in the honor system of higher vocational education, such as the single category of honor title, the single selection method, the absence of national brand, the confusion of follow-up management of honor, and so on. Using the experience of western countries for reference, the construction of higher vocational teachers' honor system should adhere to the principles of people-oriented, scientific system and smart, and establish the honorary title of national higher vocational teachers. Perfecting the four-level honor system to form a "step by step" path for teachers' professional development, and exploring the evaluation mechanism of the honor system involving five parties, namely, national leadership, industry, enterprises, parks, communities and schools, With the help of the whole media and multi-media to propagate the teacher's honor model, to establish the dynamic honor follow-up management mechanism, to realize the sustainable professional development of higher vocational teachers, and to improve their professional development level.
