WZ学校“双师型”教师培训体系研究

【摘要】:目前,学术界对于教师专业化的研究不断深入,职业学校“双师型”教师的培训问题也得到了国家及政府的重视,针对于目前我国中等职业学校“双师型”教师的建设及培训现状,我国多次出台了相关的政策及文件。“双师型”教师的培养及培训已经成为了我国中等职业学校教师队伍建设的具体目标,“双师型”教师的培训及发展不仅是提高学校教学水平、深化学校教学改革的需要,而且还是更好地促进学生就业的需要。相较于普通教育而言,“双师型”教师是职业教育的一大特色,也是一种创新,同时更是提高职业教育教学质量及水平的重要途径。“双师型”教师队伍的建设及发展是实现中职学校职业教育可持续发展以及推动我国中职学校教学改革的重要保障。 本文主要包括了六个组成部分,首先是绪论,这部分主要对课题的背景和意义进行了介绍,并且还介绍了国内外的研究概况以及使用的研究方法等内容;第二部分是相关理论及研究综述,主要对中等职业教育的内涵、“双师型”教师的内涵以及培训体系的构成要素进行了概述;第三部分是wz学校“双师型”教师培训现状的调查研究,笔者在对WZ学校的情况及其师资力量进行介绍的基础上,结合问卷调查法以及访谈法等相关研究方法,分析出WZ学校“双师型”教师培训现状,分析WZ学校“双师型”教师培训体系存在的问题;第四部分是WZ学校“双师型”教师培训体系的构建,具体来说,不仅包括了对培训目标的明确和对其内涵的拓展,同时,还包括了对培训模式的介绍,以及培训使用的具体计划,不仅如此,也涵盖了成果的转化等众多具体的内容;第五部分是基于新的培训体系的WZ学校“双师型”培训实施的保障措施,包括组织保障、制度保障以及物质保障等方面;第六部分是结论。 笔者结合相关理论,在对WZ学校“双师型”培训现状进行分析的基础上,找出WZ学校“双师型”培训中存在的问题,并进一步提出相应的解决对策及建议。这对wZ学校“双师型”教师队伍的建设有着积极的促进作用,对WZ学校的发展有着一定的现实意义。但是由于数据收集的不全面性,可能在数据统计方面存在着一定的局限性。
[Abstract]:At present, the academic circles' research on teacher professionalization is deepening, and the training of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational schools has also been paid attention to by the state and the government. In view of the present situation of the construction and training of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools in China, China has issued several related policies and documents. The training and training of "double-qualified" teachers has become the specific goal of the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools in China. The training and development of "double-qualified" teachers is not only the need to improve the teaching level of schools, but also to deepen the reform of school teaching. And the need to better promote student employment. Compared with general education, "double-qualified" teachers are a major feature of vocational education, and also an innovation. At the same time, it is also an important way to improve the quality and level of vocational education. The construction and development of "double-qualified" teachers is an important guarantee to realize the sustainable development of vocational education in secondary vocational schools and to promote the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools in China. This article mainly includes six components, first is the introduction, this part mainly has carried on the introduction to the topic background and the significance, and has also introduced the domestic and foreign research survey as well as the use research method and so on content; The second part is a summary of relevant theories and research, mainly about the connotation of secondary vocational education, the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers and the elements of the training system. The third part is the investigation and research on the current situation of "double-qualified" teacher training in wz school. On the basis of introducing the situation of WZ school and its teaching staff, the author combines the method of questionnaire and interview and other related research methods This paper analyzes the current situation of "double-qualified" teacher training in WZ school, analyzes the problems existing in the "double-qualified" teacher training system of WZ school, the fourth part is the construction of "double-qualified" teacher training system in WZ school, specifically speaking, It not only includes the clear training goal and the expansion of its connotation, but also includes the introduction of the training model, as well as the specific plan of the use of the training. Not only that, but also covers the transformation of the results and many other specific content; The fifth part is based on the new training system of WZ school "double qualification" training implementation security measures, including organizational security, system security and material security; the sixth part is the conclusion. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of "double type" training in WZ school, the author combines the relevant theories, finds out the problems existing in the "double type" training of WZ school, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This has a positive effect on the construction of "double qualified" teachers in WZ school, and has certain practical significance for the development of WZ school. However, due to the incomplete data collection, there may be some limitations in data statistics.
