沈航职学院教师绩效考核研究

【摘要】:随着高等教育的改革发展,特别是部分高职院校自主化招生以后,高职院校之间的竞争愈发激烈。完善教师绩效考核,最大限度挖掘教师潜能,调动教师积极性、主动性,建设一支高层次的教师队伍,提供高水平的教学质量是增强高职院校竞争力的有效措施。因此,建立合理的教师绩效考核对高职院校的长足发展具有非常重要的意义。 本文以沈航职学院的教师为研究对象,针对沈航职学院在教师绩效考核过程中出现的问题,设计了一套切实可行的绩效考核方案,从而促进沈航职学院教师整体水平的提升。本文首先阐述了研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容及研究方法,论述了绩效考核的相关理论。其次,在介绍沈航职学院发展历史、组织结构和现有教师结构等基础上重点分析沈航职学院现行教师绩效考核存在的问题。然后,在深入调研的基础上,对沈航职学院教师绩效考核进行改进设计,主要包括绩效考核改进设计的指导思想及原则、考核周期和方法、教师岗位说明书的制定、绩效考核指标的设计、绩效考核薪酬的分配、绩效考核的反馈、绩效考核结果的使用等内容。最后,就如何有效实施该绩效考核方案提出了相应的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the reform and development of higher education, especially after some vocational colleges recruit students by themselves, the competition between higher vocational colleges becomes more and more fierce. The effective measures to enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges are to perfect teachers' performance assessment, to tap teachers' potential to the maximum, to arouse teachers' enthusiasm and initiative, to build a high-level teaching team and to provide a high level of teaching quality. Therefore, the establishment of reasonable teacher performance appraisal is of great significance to the rapid development of higher vocational colleges. This paper takes the teachers of Shen Hang Vocational College as the research object, aiming at the problems in the process of teachers' performance appraisal, designs a set of feasible performance appraisal scheme, thus promotes the promotion of the overall level of the teachers of Shen Hang Vocational College. This paper first describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content and research methods, and discusses the relevant theory of performance appraisal. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the development history, organizational structure and existing teacher structure of Shen Hang Vocational College, this paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the performance appraisal of current teachers in Shen Hang Vocational College. Then, on the basis of in-depth investigation, the improvement design of the performance evaluation of teachers in Shen Hang Vocational College is carried out, including the guiding ideology and principles of the improvement design of performance appraisal, the evaluation cycle and method, the formulation of the teachers' job description. Design of performance appraisal index, distribution of performance appraisal salary, feedback of performance appraisal, use of performance appraisal result, etc. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures on how to effectively implement the performance appraisal scheme.
