粤东北地区农村职业教育研究

【摘要】:农村职业教育对农村经济社会的长远发展意义重大,对“三农”问题的解决、统筹城乡发展改革都具有重要作用。本研究以粤东北地区农村职业教育为研究对象,通过对粤东北地区农村职业教育进行调查,,勾画出粤东北地区农村职业教育的现状。 本文主要采用文献资料法、调查访问法、案例分析法,遵循“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”思路展开研究。通过问卷调查发现粤东北地区农村职业教育发展存在的问题主要有:教学经费短缺、生源匮乏和学生素质偏低、教师队伍学历水平不高、专业建设落后经济社会发展等。导致上述问题的根本原因在于,传统办学理念落后、教育政策脱离实际办学情况与办学资源来源有限、城乡二元经济结构等宏观环境影响,也有诸如专业建设方针不对,教师队伍资质偏低以及经费投入严重短缺等学校自身存在的问题限制。 经过深入分析,本文提出了有益于扭转当前粤东北地区农村职业教育不利局面的建议:转变工作思路,重新认识农村职业教育的现实意义;加强政府扶持力度,增加财政支出;政府要与学校密切合作,制定招生工作方案;要针对现有教师队伍进行职业教育,提高他们的教学质量;要突出专业特色,提高专业建设水平;要树立职业教育导向,提高毕业生就业率。通过实行上述一系列措施不断提高粤东北农村职业教育办学水平和质量。
[Abstract]:Rural vocational education is of great significance to the long-term development of rural economy and society, and plays an important role in solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and coordinating the reform of urban and rural development. This study takes rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong as the research object, through the investigation of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong, outlines the status quo of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong. This article mainly adopts the literature method, the investigation interview method, the case analysis method, follows "raises the question-the analysis question-solves the problem" the train of thought to launch the research. The main problems in the development of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong are: shortage of teaching funds, shortage of students, low quality of students, low educational level of teachers, backward economic and social development of professional construction and so on. The root causes of the above problems are that the traditional idea of running a school is backward, the educational policy is divorced from the actual situation of running a school and the source of resources for running a school is limited, the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas and other macro environmental influences, and some such as the policy of professional construction are wrong. The teachers' qualification is on the low side, and the shortage of funds is serious, and so on. Through in-depth analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions that are beneficial to reversing the unfavorable situation of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong at present: changing the working ideas, re-recognizing the practical significance of rural vocational education, strengthening government support and increasing financial expenditure; The government should work closely with schools to draw up enrollment plans; carry out vocational education aimed at the existing contingent of teachers to improve their teaching quality; highlight their professional characteristics and raise the level of professional construction; and establish a vocational education orientation. Increase the employment rate of graduates. Through the implementation of a series of measures to continuously improve the level and quality of rural vocational education in northeast Guangdong.
