家庭庇护连带下的高职大学生就业逆向选择行为影响因素研究

【摘要】:基于大学生就业逆向选择行为影响理论文献,致力于调查分析家庭庇护连带下高职大学生就业逆向选择行为的影响因素,采用实证方式检验影响作用机制理论假说。研究发现:社会资本和文化资本因素对高职学生就业逆向意愿产生显著影响作用;而人力资本作为生产能力和配置能力的资源,起到关键中介调节作用,且人力资本在家庭资本如何影响就业逆向意向形成的关系网络中起到缓解作用,因此,要降低就业逆向意愿形成,促进正向就业意向。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature on the influence of employment adverse selection behavior of college students, this paper is devoted to investigating and analyzing the influencing factors of employment adverse selection behavior of higher vocational college students under the condition of family shelter, and using the empirical method to test the hypothesis of influence mechanism theory. It is found that the factors of social capital and cultural capital play a significant role in influencing vocational students' adverse willingness to obtain employment, while human capital, as a resource of productive capacity and allocation ability, plays a key role in mediating and regulating. Human capital plays a mitigating role in the relationship network of how household capital affects the formation of adverse intention of employment, so it is necessary to reduce the formation of adverse intention of employment and promote positive intention of employment.
