中职学生责任感现状及教育对策研究

【摘要】:中等职业学校是我国现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础,对培养高素质的劳动者和实用型人才具有十分重要的作用。在国家大力发展职业教育,加快人力资源开发的今天,中等职业教育面临着前所未有的发展机遇。 然而,,由于高等教育的扩招,高中教育普及化呈加速发展趋势,使得原本就在缝隙中谋求生存与发展的中等职业学校面临更加严峻的考验和挑战,生源的数量和质量成为制约学校发展的最大瓶颈。相当一部分成绩差的、缺乏责任感的学生甚至道德品质有问题的学生涌入中等职业学校,导致学校德育及学生管理工作举步维艰。责任感教育是中等职业学校德育教育重要的一部分。对中职学生进行责任感的培养,是实现中职学生自我完善与发展的需要,是完善社会主义市场经济发展所需要的道德意识的需要,是造就社会主义和谐社会重要力量的需要。由于当前社会大环境的复杂性、学校教育的偏颇以及家庭教育的缺陷等种种原因,导致部分中职学生的责任感淡薄,履行责任能力差。因而教育和引导中职学生要有自觉的责任意识和责任能力,悟人类传统道德精神,影响和辐射社会公众,是中职学校责无旁贷的使命。 本研究从当前中职学生的责任感的现状、责任感弱化的形成原因出发,借鉴国内外责任感教育的成功经验,探索新形势下提升中等职业学校学生责任感的对策和建议,为进一步加强学校德育工作,培养适应新世纪社会发展要求的人才作了有益探索。
[Abstract]:The secondary vocational school is an important part of the modern vocational education system of our country, is the important foundation of the national economy and social development, and plays a very important role in training high-quality laborers and practical talents. At a time when the country is vigorously developing vocational education and speeding up the development of human resources, secondary vocational education is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. However, due to the expansion of higher education, the popularization of high school education is accelerating. The secondary vocational schools, which have been seeking survival and development in the gap, are faced with more severe tests and challenges, and the quantity and quality of students become the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of the schools. A large number of students with poor performance and lack of sense of responsibility and even students with moral quality problems are flocking to secondary vocational schools, which leads to difficulties in moral education and student management in schools. Responsibility education is an important part of moral education in secondary vocational schools. To cultivate the sense of responsibility of the secondary vocational school students is the need to realize the self-improvement and development of the secondary vocational school students, the need to perfect the moral consciousness needed for the development of the socialist market economy, and the need to bring up the important force of the socialist harmonious society. Due to the complexity of the current social environment, the bias of school education and the defects of family education, some secondary vocational school students have a weak sense of responsibility and poor ability to perform responsibility. Therefore, it is the duty of the secondary vocational school to educate and guide the secondary vocational school students to have a conscious sense of responsibility and ability of responsibility, to understand the traditional moral spirit of mankind, to influence and radiate the public, is the duty of the secondary vocational school. Starting from the forming reasons of weakening sense of responsibility, drawing lessons from the successful experience of the education of responsibility at home and abroad, this paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the sense of responsibility of students in secondary vocational schools under the new situation, in order to further strengthen the work of moral education in schools. The cultivation of talents to meet the needs of social development in the new century has made beneficial exploration.
