高职院校微创业模式及教育路径探析

【摘要】：文章阐述了高职大学生的创业现状,并结合高职人才培养特点,分析了微创业模式的特征与优势,提出了高职院校发展微创业的契合点,如与特色办学定位相契合,与人才培养目标相契合,与创新创业教育相契合,与学生创业需求相契合,进而积极探索出微创业教育在高职教育中"环境—基地—平台—课程"四个维度的建设路径。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the present situation of higher vocational college students' entrepreneurship, analyzes the characteristics and advantages of micro-entrepreneurship mode, and puts forward the fit points of developing micro-entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges, such as the orientation of characteristic running a school. It coincides with the goal of talent training, with the innovative education of entrepreneurship, and with the needs of students' entrepreneurship, and then actively explores the construction path of the four dimensions of "environment-base-platform-curriculum" in higher vocational education.
