山西省高职院校专业设置问题研究

【摘要】：高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,是以就业为导向、市场为需求,连接社会职业岗位需求和学校的衔接点。高职院校的专业设置是一项重要的系统工程,专业设置的优劣不仅直接关系到高职院校的生存和发展,关系到高职教育所培养的人才的质量,而且在一定程度上影响着社会岗位的分布、学生的就业,乃至社会的民生安定问题。因而,高职院校专业设置成为了众多研究者所关注的对象。但目前为止,有关山西省高职院校专业设置问题的研究还未曾出现。鉴于此,本研究从山西省高职院校专业设置的基本情况入手,在运用文献法对相关资料进行搜集、整理、分析的基础之上,比较研究国内高职院校专业设置同国外高职院校专业设置的异同。其后,通过数据统计对山西省高职院校专业设置的现状和特点进行详细地分析,结合调查指出山西省高职院校专业设置中所存在的不足之处,并通过相关理论知识,结合山西省实际发展需要,借鉴其他地区先进的理念与方法,提出改良山西省高职院校专业设置的建议措施。 首先,通过对山西省高等职业教育进行简要回顾,并从专业布局与结构现状、专业结构与产业结构适应情况、高职院校各专业学生数量情况等三方面对山西省高职院校的专业设置现状进行统计分析,概括得出山西省高职院校专业设置客观存在的一些特点,即理工财经院校较多、专业类别比较齐全、专业数量不断增加以及专业规模不断扩大。 其次,分析和探讨山西省高职院校在专业设置中存在的问题及成因。总结出存在的问题主要集中在专业结构与产业结构适应性不强、专业设置雷同化现象严重、专业规模发展不平衡等三个方面。而山西省高职院校专业设置存在以上问题的主要原因包括对高职教育认识上的偏差、未运用科学方法预测社会对人才的需求、专业定位不准、资金投入不足以及教育行政部门对高职院校的监督与指导力度不够等。 最后,提出高职院校专业设置应遵循的原则与山西省高职院校专业设置的优化对策。高职院校专业设置应遵循的原则包括区域性原则、可行性原则、前瞻性原则、特色性原则和灵活性原则。优化山西省高职院校专业设置的策略主要为以下三点：第一,根据山西经济社会发展需求适时调整设置专业；第二,加强宏观调控以避免专业的重复设置；第三,科学设置新增专业且合理扩张规模。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. It is the connection point between the demand of social vocational posts and the schools, which is employment-oriented and market-oriented. The specialty setting of higher vocational colleges is an important system engineering. The quality of specialty setting is not only directly related to the survival and development of higher vocational colleges, but also to the quality of talents trained in higher vocational education. To some extent, it affects the distribution of social posts, the employment of students, and even the social stability. As a result, the professional setting of higher vocational colleges has become the object that many researchers pay attention to. But up to now, the research on specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province has not appeared. In view of this, this research starts with the basic situation of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, and on the basis of collecting, sorting and analyzing relevant materials by using literature method, This paper compares and studies the similarities and differences between the specialty setting of domestic higher vocational colleges and foreign higher vocational colleges. Then, through the data statistics, the paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, and points out the shortcomings of the specialty setting in the higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, and through the relevant theoretical knowledge, According to the actual development needs of Shanxi Province and drawing lessons from the advanced ideas and methods of other regions, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province. First, through a brief review of higher vocational education in Shanxi Province, And from the following three aspects: the present situation of specialty layout and structure, the adaptation of specialty structure and industrial structure, and the number of students of each major in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the present situation of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province. It is concluded that there are some characteristics in the setting of specialty in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, that is, there are more colleges and universities of science and technology, complete specialties, increasing number of specialties and expanding professional scale. This paper analyzes and probes into the problems and causes of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province. It is concluded that the existing problems mainly focus on three aspects: the lack of adaptability between the professional structure and the industrial structure, the serious phenomenon of homogenization of the specialty setup, and the imbalance of the development of the professional scale. The main reasons for the above problems include the deviation in the cognition of higher vocational education, the failure to predict the social demand for talents by scientific methods, and the inaccurate professional orientation. The insufficient investment of funds and the insufficient supervision and guidance of the administrative department of education to the higher vocational colleges and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward the principles that should be followed in setting up the specialties of the higher vocational colleges and the optimization countermeasures of the specialty setting in the higher vocational colleges of Shanxi Province. The principles of specialty establishment in higher vocational colleges include regional principle, feasibility principle, foresight principle, characteristic principle and flexibility principle. The strategies to optimize the specialty setting of Shanxi higher vocational colleges are as follows: first, adjust and set up specialty according to the needs of Shanxi's economic and social development; second, strengthen macro-control to avoid the repeated setting of specialty; third, Scientific setting of new professional and reasonable expansion of the scale.
