包头医学院职业技术学院高职护理专业学生医德现状研究

【摘要】:医学集科学与技术于一身,但其实践与交往的对象是人,故而从其本质上体现出一种人性的温暖与光辉,,其本质亦是一种人学本质。鉴于此,在医学教育中必须加强医德教育。随着医学模式的转变、生存质量的提升以及医患关系的日趋紧张,医学人文关怀与医德教育培养已提上日程。 由于传统观念的影响以及医学专业人员的偏见,在医学的实际操作中,存在着重视医学的理论传授与技能操作,淡化乃至忽视高职护理学生医德培养与研究的现象。 本研究以包头医学院职业技术学院高职护理学生为研究对象,以其医德培养为研究内容,以问卷调查法为主要研究方法,探讨内蒙古西部少数民族地区医学高职护理学生医德培养与教育问题。研究从逻辑关联的四条路径展开:首先肯定了高职护理学生医德教育取得的成效,其次详述了高职护理学生重技能轻德育思想仍然存在、现时代医德转化为课堂讲授存在滞后现象、学生轻视医德教育等问题;再次,从主观、客观两方面分析了产生问题的原因;最后提出了解决路径和具体应对举措。 对包头医学院职业技术学院高职护理学生医德教育进行考察研究,旨在为职业教育尤其是医学类职业教育提供学理上的借鉴以及为同类研究提供方法上的支撑;同时提出的具体应对举措为高职护理学生的医德培养提供现实路径。
[Abstract]:Medicine combines science and technology, but the object of its practice and communication is human, so it embodies the warmth and brilliance of human nature in essence, and its essence is also a kind of human nature. In view of this, medical ethics education must be strengthened in medical education. With the change of medical model, the improvement of quality of life and the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients, medical humanistic care and medical ethics education have been put on the agenda. Because of the influence of traditional concepts and the prejudice of medical professionals, there exists the phenomenon of attaching importance to the teaching of medical theory and the operation of skills in medical practice, and neglecting or even neglecting the cultivation and research of medical ethics of higher vocational nursing students. This study takes the vocational nursing students in the Vocational and Technical College of Baotou Medical College as the research object, takes the cultivation of medical ethics as the research content, and takes the questionnaire as the main research method. This paper discusses the cultivation and education of medical ethics of medical higher vocational nursing students in western minority areas of Inner Mongolia. The research is carried out from four ways of logical correlation: firstly, the effect of medical moral education of nursing students in higher vocational education is affirmed, and then the thought that nursing students pay more attention to skills than moral education still exists in detail. At present, medical ethics is transformed into classroom teaching, such as lagged phenomenon, students despise medical ethics education and so on; thirdly, it analyzes the causes of the problems from subjective and objective aspects; finally, it puts forward the solution path and concrete measures to deal with the problems. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical reference for vocational education, especially medical vocational education, and to provide method support for similar research. At the same time, the specific countermeasures for higher vocational nursing students to provide a practical path for the cultivation of medical ethics.
