【摘要】：伴随着中国企业"走出去",社会对职业教育提出了巨大的需求。"一带一路"的深入开展将进一步加强中外职业教育的交流合作,为技术技能型人才提供更多的创新创业机会,也将推动更多的社会力量参与职业教育办学。同时,"一带一路"建设也为职业教育带来了新的挑战,集中体现在职业教育国际化办学水平不高、高技能型人才培养质量和数量不足、社会服务能力不强以及社会文化差异等。助推"一带一路"倡议,深化职业教育改革,应树立平等合作、开放包容的职业教育发展理念,不断提升职业教育的国际化水平,加快推进现代学徒制人才培养模式的推广与应用,适时成立职业教育校企合作联盟,搭建"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的职业教育交流平台。
