商科类职业院校校企合作研究

【摘要】：进入新世纪以来,在党中央国务院高度重视和大力推动下,我国职业教育坚持为社会主义现代化服务,与生产劳动相结合,积极探索和积累了许多经验,校企合作采取了多种方式,形成了工学结合、顶岗实习等多种人才培养模式,走出了一条有中国特色的职业教育发展之路。本文通过对校企合作的探讨和研究,在总结国内校企合作实践的基础上,借鉴国内外的研究成果,运用相关理论和研究方法,以四川商务职业学院为例,针对商科类职业院校的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务的现状进行剖析,提出了存在的问题,找到破解提升教学质量、提升学生就业水平的方法,找到了解决问题的途径。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, with the great attention and promotion of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, China's vocational education has actively explored and accumulated many experiences in the service of socialist modernization, in combination with productive labor. The cooperation of school and enterprise has adopted many ways, formed the combination of work and study, the practice of post and so on many kinds of talented person training pattern, has made a way of the development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics. Through the discussion and research on the cooperation between schools and enterprises, on the basis of summing up the practice of cooperation between schools and enterprises at home and abroad, and using relevant theories and research methods, this paper takes Sichuan Business Vocational College as an example. This paper analyzes the present situation of talent training, scientific research and social service in vocational colleges of business, puts forward the existing problems, finds out the ways to solve the problems by solving the problems and improving the quality of teaching and the level of employment of students.
