教师专业发展视角下中等职业学校教师管理策略研究

【摘要】:伴随着社会对中等职业技术人才的需求增多和国家对中等职业教育的重视程度越来越高,促进中等职业学校教师专业发展,优化教师管理,成为办好中等职业教育关键。但是,目前中等职业学校教师管理过程中存在着严重影响教师专业发展的诸多问题。本课题研究中等职业学校教师管理如何改善、优化、创新,为教师专业发展提供援助和支持,从而促进中等职业教育的发展。 本文共分为四章,探讨教师专业发展视角下中等职业学校教师管理策略。 第一章是导论,在简单梳理了研究背景和研究意义后,对国内外教师管理、教师专业发展及教师专业发展视角下的教师管理的文献并进行了综述,并进行了核心概念的界定。 第二章是概念研究,梳理教师管理的内涵,理论基础;教师专业发展的内涵,背景分析,进而总结中等职业学校教师管理与教师专业发展的联系。 第三章是现状研究,通过文献和实地调研,设计问卷调查,通过问卷调查,总结了中等职业学校教师管理的现状,存在的问题,教师专业发展存在的问题以及阻碍教师专业发展不合理的教师管理因素,分析问题及其成因。 第四章是本文的重点,提出了能促进教师专业发展的教师管理的策略和实践途径。从改变观念,创新理念,引导教师的专业发展;改善制度,促进教师的专业发展;创新机制,激励教师的专业发展;加强保障,激发教师的专业发展;创新措施,加强教师的专业发展;创新环境氛围,推动教师的专业发展;创新自我,引领教师专业发展。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for secondary vocational and technical talents in society and the increasing attention paid by the state to secondary vocational education, promoting the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools and optimizing teachers' management have become the key to run the secondary vocational education well. However, there are many problems which seriously affect the professional development of teachers in the process of teacher management in secondary vocational schools. This paper studies how to improve, optimize and innovate teachers' management in secondary vocational schools, and provide assistance and support for teachers' professional development so as to promote the development of secondary vocational education. This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the teacher management strategy of secondary vocational school from the perspective of teacher professional development. The first chapter is the introduction. After combing the research background and significance, the paper summarizes the literature on teacher management, teacher professional development and teacher professional development, and defines the core concepts. The second chapter is a conceptual study, combing the connotation of teacher management, the theoretical basis, the connotation of teacher professional development, background analysis, and then summarizes the relationship between teacher management and teacher professional development in secondary vocational schools. The third chapter is the present situation research, through the literature and field investigation, designs the questionnaire survey, through the questionnaire survey, has summarized the secondary vocational school teacher management present situation, the existence question, The problems existing in teachers' professional development and the factors of teachers' management which hinder teachers' professional development are analyzed. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, and puts forward the strategies and practical ways to promote teachers' professional development. From changing the idea, innovating the idea, guiding the professional development of the teacher, improving the system, promoting the professional development of the teacher, innovating the mechanism, encouraging the professional development of the teacher, strengthening the guarantee, stimulating the professional development of the teacher, innovating the measure, Strengthen teachers' professional development, innovate environment, promote teachers' professional development, innovate themselves and lead teachers' professional development.
