广东省域内高职院校训研究

【摘要】：我国学者对校训的研究极为热衷，研究成果数以万计，但以高职院校训为研究对象则不多见。本文在前辈学者校训研究的基础上，尝试研究广东省域内高职院校训。迄今为止，广东省域内成独立建制的高职院共有80所，其中公立51所，民办29所。这80所高职院中，有78所高职院已有明确的校训，有2所高职院校训尚在征集当中。本文内容共分为四部分：第一部分为导论，对高职院和校训两个核心概念进行了厘定，综述了国内学者校训研究的概况，介绍了本研究的思路和方法，阐述了本研究的目的和意义。第二部分以广东省域内3所公立高职院校训为对象进行个案研究，以3校成立高职院时间先后为序分别介绍了学校沿革、校训的确立及校训的践行。第三部分以广东省域内3所民办高职院校训为对象进行个案研究，以3校成立高职院时间先后为序分别介绍了学校沿革、校训的确立及校训的践行。第四部分则综合分析了广东省域内已经确立的78所高职院校训的特征，主要从形式和内容两方面进行了分析。广东省域内高职院校训体现了鲜明的教育类型特征，高职院校训既有显现高等教育特性的明德、博学，，又有突显职业教育特色的尚能、强技。
[Abstract]:Chinese scholars are very keen on the study of school motto, with tens of thousands of research results, but the research object of higher vocational training is rare. This paper tries to study the training of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province on the basis of the research on the school motto of senior scholars. So far, there are 80 independent institutions in Guangdong Province, including 51 public institutions and 29 private institutions. Of these 80 higher vocational colleges, 78 have definite school motto, and 2 are still in the process of soliciting. The content of this paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which defines the two core concepts of higher vocational college and school motto, summarizes the general situation of domestic scholars' school motto research, and introduces the ideas and methods of this research. The purpose and significance of this study are expounded. The second part takes three public higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province as the object of case study, introduces the evolution of the school, the establishment of the school motto and the practice of the school motto respectively in the order of the time of the establishment of the three higher vocational colleges. The third part takes three private higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province as the object of case study, and introduces the evolution of the school, the establishment of the motto and the practice of the school motto respectively in the order of the time of the establishment of the three higher vocational colleges. The fourth part synthetically analyzes the characteristics of 78 vocational colleges in Guangdong province, mainly from the aspects of form and content. The training of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province embodies the distinctive characteristics of educational types. The training of higher vocational colleges not only shows the characteristics of higher education, but also has the ability to highlight the characteristics of vocational education.
