绿色技能开发:实践路径与政策建议——对澳大利亚TAFE理事会国际绿色技能网络主任Linda Condon的访谈

【摘要】：绿色技能是指直接或间接减少碳排放、减少环境影响或在企业及社区内产生更广泛的可持续发展结果所需要的技能。在职业教育中开发绿色技能的最有效途径是把可持续发展的理念纳入到现有的教学中。在这一过程中,教师要采取一种新的教学方式,并重新设计所教授的课程内容。为促进绿色技能的有效开发,中国政府应在资金支持、专业标准开发、教师培训等方面提供一系列支持。
[Abstract]:Green skills are skills needed to directly or indirectly reduce carbon emissions, reduce environmental impacts, or produce broader sustainable development outcomes within businesses and communities. The most effective way to develop green skills in vocational education is to integrate the concept of sustainable development into existing teaching. In this process, teachers should adopt a new teaching method and redesign the contents of their courses. To promote the effective development of green skills, the Chinese government should provide a series of financial support, professional standards development, teacher training and so on.
