职业教育质量观构建:美国的经验与启示——基于三份美国生涯与技术教育报告的解读

【摘要】："高质量生涯与技术教育"已经成为美国教育界和劳动组织所一致追求的目标,通过梳理当代美国探讨"高质量生涯与技术教育"的三个代表性报告,从项目理念、项目原则、项目内容、项目实施、项目评估等五个方面对美国职业教育质量观的框架变迁进行了分析解读,由此,应从制定职业教育技术技能核心标准、构建学分互认与衔接的培养体系、形成以伙伴关系为纽带的组织生态、建立职业教育评估与问责体系等四个方面,系统构建我国现代职业教育质量观。
[Abstract]:"High quality career and technical education" has become the goal that American educational circles and labor organizations pursue unanimously. Through combing three representative reports of "high quality career and technical education" in contemporary America, from project idea, project principle, This paper analyzes and interprets the changes of the framework of the quality view of vocational education in the United States from the following five aspects: the content of the project, the implementation of the project, the evaluation of the project, and so on. Forming the organizational ecology with partnership as the link, establishing the evaluation and accountability system of vocational education, and systematically constructing the concept of the quality of modern vocational education in our country.
