认知风格对卫校中职生职业道德判断能力的影响探究

【摘要】:本课题试图探究卫校中职生的职业道德判断能力与个体认知风格之间的内在关联性。研究采用认知风格调查问卷和MJT道德判断测验等方法,向学生收集数据并加以分析,获得了以下结果:首先,中职卫校职业道德教育与学生认知风格的匹配与否不是由学生认知风格本身决定的,且学生的认知风格不影响其职业道德水平;其次,从道德行为的认知方面看,匹配组的学生具备高于不匹配组的道德判断能力;最后,从道德行为的情感方面看,匹配组的学生对于柯尔伯格道德推理六阶段的认可程度高于不匹配组的学生。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to explore the internal relationship between the professional ethics judgment ability and individual cognitive style of secondary vocational school students. The study used cognitive style questionnaire and MJT moral judgment test to collect and analyze the data from the students. The results are as follows: first of all, The match between vocational ethics education and students' cognitive style is not determined by the students' cognitive style, and the students' cognitive style does not affect their professional ethics level. Secondly, from the cognitive aspect of moral behavior, The students in the matching group have higher moral judgment ability than the mismatched group. Finally, from the emotional aspect of moral behavior, the students in the matching group have higher acceptance of Colberg's moral reasoning in the six stages than the students in the mismatched group.
