我国高职院校产学研协同创新的动力机制与路径选择

【摘要】：协同依赖于参与创新的各主体间的信任水平、诚信以及对公平价值观的共同维护,因而结果往往难以预测;参与创新的主体若要达到"多赢"的目标,必须在协同进程中充分考虑彼此的利益关切。不同创新主体可以建立协同创新模式,在发挥自身作用的基础上,通过机制性互动带来效率提升、效益增加或价值创造。我国高职院校的产学研合作在取得长足发展的同时也面临创新动力不足等问题。破解高职院校产学研协同创新面临的难题,应着力寻求创新目标、组织结构的共同点,进而培育协同创新动力。
[Abstract]:Synergy depends on the level of trust, integrity and the common maintenance of fair values among the various actors involved in innovation, so the results are often difficult to predict. Mutual interest concerns must be fully taken into account in the synergy process. On the basis of exerting its own role, different innovation subjects can establish cooperative innovation mode, which can bring about efficiency improvement, benefit increase or value creation through institutional interaction. The cooperation of industry, college and research in higher vocational colleges in our country has made great progress, at the same time, it also faces some problems, such as insufficient innovation motive force and so on. In order to solve the problems faced by industry-study-research collaborative innovation in higher vocational colleges, we should focus on seeking the common ground of innovation goal and organizational structure, and then cultivate the motive force of collaborative innovation.
