京津冀协同发展背景下北京市职业院校跨区域合作办学影响因素分析

【摘要】：京津冀协同发展背景下,北京市的中职学校面临转型、疏解的战略选择,与河北省职业院校进行跨区域合作办学是其未来发展的重要路径之一。为深入了解河北省中职学校对与北京中职学校开展跨区域办学的认同度和参与意愿,本研究对河北省张家口、承德、廊坊、保定、唐山等五个地区的19所中职学校的学生和教师进行了问卷调查,就合作模式的选择、合作意愿以及影响合作的因素进行了分析。研究认为,影响学生选择跨区域合作办学项目的因素在于院校的管理水平、专业优势及企业资源和设备的投入等,学生和教师更愿意选择对学生的专业成长和就业有利的项目。在此基础上,北京市的中职学校还应积极做好前期的顶层设计规划和自身的专业建设。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development, the secondary vocational schools in Beijing are faced with the transition, so it is one of the important ways to solve the strategic choice to cooperate with vocational colleges in Hebei Province in the future. In order to understand the degree of recognition and participation of secondary vocational schools in Hebei province to run schools across regions with Beijing secondary vocational schools, this study was conducted on Zhangjiakou, Chengde, Langfang, Baoding, Hebei Province. The students and teachers of 19 secondary vocational schools in Tangshan and other regions were investigated by questionnaire, and the choice of cooperation mode, the willingness to cooperate and the factors influencing cooperation were analyzed. It is concluded that the factors that affect students' choice of cross-regional cooperative school-running projects lie in the management level of colleges and universities, professional advantages and investment of enterprise resources and equipment. Students and teachers are more willing to choose projects that are beneficial to students' professional growth and employment. On this basis, the secondary vocational schools in Beijing should actively do the top level design planning and their own professional construction.
