职业胜任力导向下高职学生综合实践能力培养探析

【摘要】：文章分析了职业胜任力导向下高职学生综合实践能力的构成要素,阐述了高职学生综合实践能力培养矩阵的具体构建及象限分析,进而从基础课程实训体系、专业核心课程实训体系、综合实训课程体系和顶岗实习课程体系四个方面进行实践能力培养课程系统建设,最后提出高职院校应从管理制度、师资队伍、校内基地和行企基地四个角度进行高职学生综合实践能力培养保障体系建设,以促进高职学生综合实践能力的全面提升。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the constituent elements of the comprehensive practical ability of higher vocational students under the guidance of vocational competence, expounds the concrete construction and quadrant analysis of the training matrix of the comprehensive practical ability of higher vocational students, and then analyzes the practical training system of basic courses. The construction of practical ability training system is carried out in four aspects: the practical training system of the major core curriculum, the comprehensive practical training curriculum system and the practical practice curriculum system. Finally, it is proposed that the higher vocational colleges should start with the management system and the teaching staff. In order to promote the comprehensive practical ability of higher vocational students, it is necessary to build a comprehensive practical ability training system for higher vocational students from four angles: campus base and bank and enterprise base.
