基于校企合作的创新创业人才培养路径的研究

【摘要】：就校企合作的创新创业人才培养路径展开相关的研究。介绍人才培养的现状,并针对人才培养模式的构建,阐述主要构建模式——"生态圈"模式的内涵与具体构建路径,提出创新创业理念营造创业环境、分阶段实施创新创业人才培养等方法。最终希望在校企合作的人才培养模式当中,能够通过对于各方面资源的有效整合,促使各个创业主体能够进行层次性、阶段性的创业教育培养,使学生能够达到持续受教的目的,为学生的创新创业之路打好每一步的基础。
[Abstract]:On the school-enterprise cooperation of innovative entrepreneurial talent training path to carry out relevant research. This paper introduces the present situation of talent training, and in view of the construction of talent training mode, expounds the connotation and concrete construction path of the main construction mode-"ecological circle" mode, and puts forward the idea of innovating and starting an undertaking to create an entrepreneurial environment. To carry out the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in stages. Finally, I hope that in the talent training mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, we can effectively integrate all kinds of resources, so as to promote the various entrepreneurs to carry out hierarchical and phased entrepreneurship education training. So that students can achieve the goal of continuous education, and lay a good foundation for students' innovation and entrepreneurship.
