中等职业学校教学质量监控与保障研究
[Abstract]:The teaching quality monitoring and guarantee of secondary vocational school is the main body of the secondary vocational school and all its members to undertake the teaching quality activities. The whole process of the input, process and output of the quality of the school teaching is regarded as the object of monitoring and guarantee, and the rules and regulations are formulated as a standard system, in order to ensure the various stages and the end of the teaching work. To achieve the intended goal, the basic conditions for the teaching of the school, the teaching and the various aspects of the teaching management, the teaching effect and other information are collected, analyzed, feedback, and improved to ensure the continuous improvement of the teaching quality.
In the final analysis, the improvement of the quality of education and the quality of the students in secondary vocational schools is the improvement of the quality of teaching. Monitoring and ensuring the quality of teaching is an effective way to improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools. Although Chinese scholars have carried out a great deal of research on the monitoring and protection of teaching quality, however, the secondary vocational education is the only way to improve the quality of teaching. Relatively few, at the same time, secondary vocational education and other types of education have its particularity compared with other types of education, and the system of other types of schools will not meet the requirements of vocational education for talent training. Therefore, in view of the current situation of secondary vocational education, a systematic study on the monitoring and guarantee of teaching quality is carried out to understand its actual situation. Besides, it reveals the existing problems in the current work, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems. It provides some ideas for the secondary vocational schools to better carry out the teaching quality monitoring and protection work, and is also the purpose of the research.
This paper mainly adopts the literature method, comparison method and investigation method to study the monitoring and guarantee of the teaching quality of secondary vocational school. By combing the literature data, it is found that the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system of secondary vocational school is composed of two parts: the perfect content and the smooth running mechanism. Process and output are composed of three aspects. The input factor is the analysis of its related factors at the input stage, which is mainly manifested in two aspects: material input and personnel input; process elements are the core of teaching quality monitoring and guarantee, including teaching preparation, teaching process, practice and guidance, and other aspects of secondary vocational school teaching. The most important and most difficult part of the quality monitoring and guarantee system is the most important part of the system. The output factor is the last link in the process of the formation and development of the quality of the school teaching. It is the final manifestation of the quality of the school teaching, including the students' learning quality and the quality of the social output. The mechanism division consists of the target system, the organization system, the information system and the standard. The system consists of four major systems, the target system secondary vocational school for the teaching quality monitoring and protection of the action guide, including school positioning, personnel training objectives, teaching link quality standards; organization system by the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee responsibility, guarantee the teaching quality improvement of the organization and personnel composition, sub school (hospital), Department (Department) The teaching research room, the teacher and the student four levels; the information system is responsible for collecting, analyzing, feedback and teaching related information. It is composed of information collection system, information processing system, information feedback and control system. The standard system is the rule that people must observe during the teaching process, including the teaching routine system, the teaching supervision and inspection. Inspection system, teaching evaluation system, feedback regulation system.
In order to understand the monitoring and guarantee of the teaching quality in secondary vocational schools, a field survey is carried out on the secondary vocational schools in Hebei province. Through the comparative study of the schools and the interviews with some teachers and students, the teaching quality monitoring and the actual operation of the guarantee work are made, and the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee institutions and personnel are made. The situation of setting up, the establishment of the monitoring and guarantee system of the school teaching quality, the main operation mode of the teaching quality monitoring and protection activities and the four aspects of the feedback and application of the monitoring and guarantee results are carried out in the field investigation and analysis. The following shortcomings and problems are found, mainly manifested in the monitoring and protection of the teaching quality. The understanding of obstacle work has this deviation, the awareness of teaching quality monitoring and guarantee is not strong, the system itself is not perfect, the monitoring and guarantee of the whole course of teaching quality is ignored, the work mode is easy to flow in the form, and the feedback and application of the final evaluation result are not reasonable.
In order that secondary vocational schools can better carry out the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee work, it is suggested that first of all, we should build a perfect monitoring and guarantee content system with the guidance of comprehensive and development concepts. Secondly, set up a sound organization to organize the monitoring and guarantee of teaching quality, and formulate standards according to the actual situation of the school and the characteristics of education and teaching. System and system system; finally, we choose the scientific, effective feedback way to feedback the evaluation results, guide the work effectively through the feedback of the results and help the evaluators to develop.
