中等职业学校学生厌学现象研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分。进入二十一世纪的今天,中等职业教育仍然发挥着举足轻重的作用。虽然当今社会不乏高学历人才,但大多高学历低能力,高技能人才更是甚为匮乏。中等职业教育的目的在于培养具有综合职业能力,素质全面的,可以直接在生产、管理、技术和服务第一线工作的应用型人才。目前,随着我国社会和经济的飞速发展,国家对技术技能人才总量、结构和质量提出了新的、更高的要求。同时,近些年来,职业学校由于社会歧视偏见,招生困难,生源质量数量严重下滑,入学门槛一降再降,很多学校根本没有入学要求,只要能来就收。这直接导致学生整体素质的下降,中等职业学校招收的学生大多数都是底子薄、基础差、综合素质较低的学生,厌学的现象较为严重,使中等职业学校教师无法合理有序的组织教学。这个问题如果不能解决,必然会影响职业教育教学水平,影响中职毕业生的综合素质,进一步影响到人才的核心竞争力,甚至于影响整个社会的和谐稳定的发展。 本论文选择对中等职业学校学生厌学的研究,以期通过对中等职业学校学生厌学现象的调查研究,深刻分析厌学的成因,并能找到解决中等职业学校学生厌学的一些可行性的措施和对策,为中等职业学校教师的教育教学提供一些帮助,为职业教育的发展乃至社会的和谐稳步的发展贡献自己的绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of Chinese education. Entering the 21 century, secondary vocational education still plays an important role. Although there is no shortage of high-educated talents, most of them are short of high-educated and low-skilled talents. The purpose of secondary vocational education is to train applied talents with comprehensive vocational ability and comprehensive quality who can work directly in production, management, technology and service. At present, with the rapid development of our society and economy, the state has put forward new and higher requirements for the total amount, structure and quality of technical and technical talents. At the same time, in recent years, vocational schools because of social prejudice, enrollment difficulties, the quality of students declined seriously, the entrance threshold dropped again and again, many schools have no admission requirements, as long as they can come. This directly leads to a decline in the overall quality of the students. Most of the students enrolled in secondary vocational schools are students with a weak foundation and a low comprehensive quality. The phenomenon of weariness of study is relatively serious. Teachers in secondary vocational schools cannot organize teaching reasonably and orderly. If this problem can not be solved, it will inevitably affect the level of vocational education and teaching, the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school graduates, further affect the core competitiveness of talents, and even affect the harmonious and stable development of the whole society. This paper chooses to study the students' weariness in secondary vocational schools, in order to deeply analyze the causes of weariness through the investigation and research on the phenomenon of students' weariness in secondary vocational schools. And can find some feasible measures and countermeasures to solve the students' weariness in secondary vocational schools, and provide some help for teachers' education and teaching in secondary vocational schools. Contribution to the development of vocational education and even the steady development of social harmony.
