高职教师的职业精神取向与实践自觉

【摘要】:高职教师的职业精神取向与实践自觉是高职院校建设实现由数量、规模扩张向质量、内涵发展转变的重要标志,一种积极、专注和卓著的职业精神取向与实践自觉的建立,关键在于提升职业境界、累积职业技能和追逐职业超越。对高职教师职业精神取向、实践自觉及其生态营造的研究,既有利于全面提升高职院校人才培养工作水平,也有利于教师成就职业、实现人生精彩。
[Abstract]:The vocational spirit orientation and practical consciousness of higher vocational teachers are the important signs of the transformation from quantity, scale expansion to quality and connotation development in the construction of higher vocational colleges, and the establishment of positive, dedicated and outstanding professional spirit orientation and practical consciousness. The key is to improve the professional realm, accumulate vocational skills and pursue career transcendence. The research on the professional spirit orientation, practical consciousness and ecological construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to promoting the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges, but also to teachers' achievement of profession and the realization of wonderful life.
