黄炎培职业教育思想与现代职业教育

【摘要】:在中国教育史上,黄炎培先生是我国近现代一位杰出的民主战士和忠诚的爱国主义教育家,是我国近现代职业教育的先驱,是新中国德高望重的老一辈国家领导人之一,也是同中国共产党长期风雨同舟、休戚与共的亲密朋友。他的职业教育思想和奋斗终生的职业教育活动,为改革脱离社会活动和生产劳动的传统教育起过重要作用。黄炎培一生身体力行,怀着勇于探索、勇于实践的伟大精神,力图从教育的角度探索救国救民的道路。他的一生致力于职业教育的倡导、研究、试验和推广,在长时间的思考与论证、探索与实践中形成了比较完整的中国现代职业教育思想理论体系,对近一个世纪的中国职业教育发展产生了深远的影响。 当前,世界经济飞速发展,时代变化日新月异,但各种思潮和不良风气正在涌现,职业教育界也出现急功近利、唯利是图、浮夸不实等苗头,职业教育发展还存在许多现实问题,正因为如此,黄炎培先生的职业教育精神才像一面镜子,一股清流,是职业教育发展的一盏明灯,借着它的光辉,可以把职业教育的目标和使命找回来,正本清源,使职业教育真正还原为现代化人才培养的平台,,真正成为中国和平崛起的动力。 本文主要采用文献研究法,通过仔细研读黄炎培先生的日记、年谱、论著以及与黄炎培同时代且对于黄炎培先生职业教育思想形成有影响的人物的专著或文章,对黄炎培的主要论述观点的形成、发展做出系统的分析。与此同时,参照德国、英国、美国、日本等发达国家在职业教育方面出台的政策以及他们的实践经验,来通过比较发现我国当今职业教育发展的不足之处,并且对于黄炎培的职业教育思想进行剖析和发展。 全文共分三个部分: 第一部分:黄炎培职业教育思想的形成。主要包括:职业教育思想的内涵、形成的历史条件以及职业教育思想的历程 第二部分:黄炎培职业教育思想的特点。主要从教育与生活的紧密联系、教育和劳动的紧密结合两个方面加以论述 第三部分:继承和发展黄炎培职业教育思想是现代职业教育的历史使命。现代职业教育必须继承和弘扬黄炎培为国为民的理想追求、继承和弘扬黄炎培以人为本的价值取向、继承和弘扬黄炎培求真务实的探索精神。
[Abstract]:In the history of Chinese education, Mr. Huang Yanpei is an outstanding democratic fighter and loyal patriotic educator in modern China, a pioneer in modern vocational education in China, and one of the older generation of state leaders with high moral respect in New China. He is also a close friend of the Communist Party of China. His thought of vocational education and his lifelong vocational education activities have played an important role in reforming the traditional education which is divorced from social activities and productive labor. Huang Yanpei, with the great spirit of exploration and practice, tried to explore the road of saving the nation from the angle of education. In his whole life, he devoted himself to advocating, researching, experimenting and popularizing vocational education, and formed a relatively complete ideological and theoretical system of modern vocational education in China after a long time of thinking and demonstration, exploration and practice. It has had a profound influence on the development of vocational education in China for nearly a century. At present, with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid changes of the times, all kinds of ideological trends and unhealthy ethos are emerging, and the vocational education circles are also showing signs of eager achievement, immediate profit, profit-seeking, ostentatious, etc. There are still many practical problems in the development of vocational education. Because of this, Mr. Huang Yanpei's spirit of vocational education is like a mirror, a clear stream, and a light for the development of vocational education. The goal and mission of vocational education can be found back, so that vocational education can be truly restored to the platform of modern talent training and become the motive force of China's peaceful rise. This article mainly adopts the literature research method, through carefully studies Mr. Huang Yanpei's diary, the chronology, the treatise, as well as the contemporaries with Huang Yanpei and has the influence to Mr. Huang Yanpei vocational education thought formation monograph or the article, Huang Yanpei's main point of view of the formation of the development of a systematic analysis. At the same time, referring to the policies of Germany, Britain, the United States, Japan and other developed countries in vocational education and their practical experience, we can find out by comparison the deficiencies in the development of vocational education in our country today. And to Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought carries on the analysis and the development. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part: the formation of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought. It mainly includes: the connotation of vocational education thought, the historical condition of formation and the course of vocational education thought. Part two: the characteristics of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought. The third part is mainly about the close connection between education and life, the close combination of education and labor: inheriting and developing Huang Yanpei's thought of vocational education is the historical mission of modern vocational education. Modern vocational education must inherit and carry forward Huang Yanpei's ideal pursuit for the country and the people, inherit and carry forward the value orientation of Huang Yanpei, and inherit and carry forward the spirit of seeking truth and pragmatism.
