加快推进职业教育精准扶贫脱贫对策研究

【摘要】：文章分析了包括职业教育扶贫在内的湖南教育扶贫开发工作取得的初步成效,指出了推进教育精准扶贫脱贫攻坚工作中存在的主要问题,并基于职业教育精准扶贫脱贫视域,从政策支持、法治保障、责任落实、精准扶助等角度提出了相应的对策建议。精准扶助对策主要包括精准扶弱扶基、精准培训培养、精准技术支撑、精准资助招生、精准放权增效、精准宣传发动、精准组合施策。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the primary achievements of Hunan's education poverty alleviation including vocational education, points out the main problems existing in promoting the education precision poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation, and based on the vocational education precision poverty alleviation and poverty relief horizon, points out the main problems in promoting the education precision poverty alleviation and poverty relief work, and based on the vocational education precision poverty alleviation and poverty relief horizon. From the angle of policy support, rule of law guarantee, responsibility implementation, precision support and so on, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Precision support countermeasures mainly include precision support, precision training and training, precision technical support, precision funding enrollment, precision decentralization, precision propaganda, precision combination of strategies.
