专业核心课程前置对助产学生核心胜任力及职业意愿的影响分析

【摘要】：为分析助产专业核心课程前置对学生专业核心胜任力及职业意愿的影响,采用助产士核心胜任力量表对助产专业课程前置试验班及常规对照班学生进行核心胜任力评价,同时使用自制问卷收集其一般资料、成为助产士的意愿及核心课程理论成绩,分析试验组与对照组上述指标的差异性。路径分析模型结果显示,助产专业核心课程前置有利于提高学生专业核心胜任力以及增强学生职业选择成为助产士的意愿。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of the core curriculum of midwifery on the students' core competence and professional will, the midwife core competency scale was used to evaluate the core competence of the students in the pilot class of midwifery major and the routine control class. At the same time, the self-made questionnaire was used to collect the general data, which became the wish of midwives and the academic achievement of core curriculum. The differences of the above indexes between the test group and the control group were analyzed. The result of path analysis model shows that the core curriculum of midwifery can improve the students' core competence and enhance the students' willingness to choose their profession as midwives.
