高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作现状及对策研究

【摘要】：高等职业教育是我国教育体系重要组成部分，，在为国家培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线高素质应用型专门人才方面发挥着重要作用，思想政治教育是我国高等职业教育中不可或缺的一个重要环节，它在高职院校各项工作中占有重要的位置，而高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作是高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分，其工作效果是检验高职学生思想政治教育工作成功与否的重要指标，而现在的高职辅导员思想政治教育工作本身还存在许多不完善的地方。 本研究结合七年高职辅导员工作经历和掌握的第一手资料，以大连市某职业技术学院的学生为研究对象，通过问卷调查、访谈的方法，描述出高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作的现状，找出高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作存在的问题，针对现状分析其形成的原因并提出相应对策，为完善和改进高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作提供理论支持。 本研究共分为三个部分。第一部分主要介绍了本论题提出的背景、目的和意义，并对国内外高职辅导员思想政治教育的相关研究做了系统的梳理，找到本研究的出发点，提出本研究所采用的研究方法、实施过程。并对高等职业教育和高职院校辅导员思想政治教育进行了概念界定并提出一系列理论依据。 第二部分针对高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作现状进行调查，并对主要问题进行分析。调查的内容主要包括:辅导员的基本素质；辅导员的工作能力；辅导员的工作内容；辅导员的工作方法；辅导员的工作成绩；对辅导员的总体评价。调查结果表明:高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作状况较好；与此同时，也存在着许多亟待解决的问题。主要体现在:辅导员自身综合素质有待提高；辅导员角色定位不明确；运用网络进行思想政治教育能力欠缺；对辅导员的考评机制不健全。 第三部分针对调查结果及存在的主要问题，提出改进高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作的四点建议：提高辅导员自身综合素质，增强职场竞争力；明确辅导员职责，减轻辅导员工作负担；加强网络阵地建设，优化辅导员思想政治教育途径；完善辅导员的考评机制。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of our country's education system. It plays an important role in training high quality and applied professionals in the front line of production, construction, management and service for the country. Ideological and political education is an indispensable part of higher vocational education in our country. It plays an important role in the work of higher vocational colleges. The ideological and political education work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is an important part of ideological and political education for college students, and its work effect is an important index to test the success of ideological and political education for higher vocational students. However, there are still many imperfections in the ideological and political education of higher vocational counselors. Based on the experience and first-hand information of seven years' vocational counselors, this study takes the students of a vocational and technical college in Dalian as the research object, through the method of questionnaire investigation and interview. This paper describes the present situation of the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges, finds out the problems existing in the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the reasons for its formation and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in the light of the present situation. It provides theoretical support for improving the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges. This study is divided into three parts. The first part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of this thesis, and systematically combs the relevant research on ideological and political education of counselors at home and abroad, finds the starting point of this study, and puts forward the research methods adopted in this study. Implementation process It also defines the concept of higher vocational education and ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges and puts forward a series of theoretical bases. The second part investigates the current situation of ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the main problems. The contents of the investigation mainly include: the basic qualities of counselors, the working ability of counselors, the work contents of counselors, the working methods of counselors, the work achievements of counselors, and the overall evaluation of counselors. The results show that the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges is in good condition, and at the same time, there are many problems to be solved. It is mainly reflected in: the comprehensive quality of counselors needs to be improved; the role orientation of counselors is not clear; the ability of ideological and political education using network is lacking; the evaluation mechanism of counselors is not perfect. The third part puts forward four suggestions to improve the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges: to improve the comprehensive quality of counselors, to enhance the competitiveness of the workplace, to clarify the responsibilities of counselors. Lighten the work burden of counselors, strengthen the construction of network position, optimize the ways of ideological and political education of counselors, and perfect the evaluation mechanism of counselors.
