高职院校学生高质量就业的路径

【摘要】：职业生涯教育是帮助学生制定适合自己职业发展和职业生涯规划的综合性教育活动。开展体验式教育活动和对学生兴趣和性格进行分析、评价,可以帮助学生主动规划职业和人生,主动选择择业、创业道路。职业生涯规划教育和就业指导相结合、教师指导与学生自我定位相结合、择业与创业教育相结合的就业教育模式,是促进高职院校毕业生高质量就业的重要路径。
[Abstract]:Career education is a comprehensive educational activity that helps students to formulate their own career development and career planning. Carrying out experiential education activities and analyzing students' interest and character can help students plan their career and life actively, choose their career and start a business. The combination of career planning education and employment guidance, the combination of teacher guidance and students' self-orientation, and the combination of career selection and entrepreneurship education are the important ways to promote the high quality employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges.
