当前江苏中等职业学校行为偏差学生管理研究

【摘要】：近年,由于中等职业学校生源整体素质下降,学生易受社会各种因素的影响,出现行为偏差的学生人数越来越多,这给中等职业学校的发展造成了影响。研究对行为偏差学生的管理意义十分重大,关系着中职的发展、社会的和谐与稳定。目前,中职学生的偏差行为主要体现为:行为习惯偏差、思想道德偏差和人格偏差三方面。中职行为偏差学生的形成主要和家庭教育的缺失、不以人为本的学校教育及整个社会风气与传媒的不良影响有着密不可分的关系。教育管理工作需要得到家长、老师和社会的共同努力,需要政府发挥主导作用。本研究依据教育公平理论、需要层次理论和人本主义理论,以镇江技师学院为例用问卷调查、访谈的方式收集数据,对该校行为偏差学生管理困境进行调查研究,分析现状的成因,指出政府、学校和家庭三大领域对其造成的影响,有针对性的提出了相应的对策和建议。本文的结论:中职行为偏差学生的偏差行为的成因是和家庭、学校、社会有着密不可分的关系。提高管理中职行为偏差学生的有效性不能离开政府的主导。政府需加强对中职学校的监管力度,督促中职学校建立起全新以人为本的管理理念,加强社会伦理援助工作制度建设,根据行为偏差学生的需求为其提供必要法律帮助与经济援助;做好家庭教育宣传工作,建立行为偏差学生心理健康援助中心,让行为偏差学生感受到社会大家庭的关爱;充分发挥社会传媒作用,加强社会道德风尚引导;构建中职学生成长成才的四种优良环境:充满人文关怀的校园环境、健康的心理成长环境、仁义道德的和谐环境、人人平等的教育环境;改变家庭的教育观,加强家校深度沟通共同关爱行为偏差学生。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the decline in the overall quality of students in secondary vocational schools, students are easily affected by various social factors, and more students appear behavioral deviations, which has an impact on the development of secondary vocational schools. The study is of great significance to the management of students with behavioral deviations, which is related to the development of secondary vocational schools and the harmony and stability of society. At present, the deviant behavior of secondary vocational school students is mainly reflected in three aspects: behavior habit deviation, ideological and moral deviation and personality deviation. The formation of behavior deviation students in secondary vocational school is mainly related to the lack of family education, the non-people-oriented school education and the whole social atmosphere, which is closely related to the bad influence of the media. Education management needs the joint efforts of parents, teachers and society, and the government should play a leading role. Based on the theory of educational fairness, the theory of hierarchy and humanism, taking Zhenjiang technician College as an example to collect data by questionnaire and interview, the paper investigates and studies the management dilemma of students with deviant behavior in this school. This paper analyzes the causes of the present situation, points out the influence of the government, school and family, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The conclusion of this paper is that the causes of deviant behavior of secondary vocational school students are closely related to family, school and society. To improve the effectiveness of the management of secondary vocational school behavior deviation students can not be separated from the government. The government should strengthen the supervision of the secondary vocational schools, urge the secondary vocational schools to establish a new people-oriented management concept, and strengthen the construction of the work system of social ethics assistance. To provide the necessary legal and financial assistance according to the needs of students with deviant behavior; Do well the family education propaganda work, establish the behavior deviation student mental health aid center, let the behavior deviant student feel the care of the social big family, give full play to the social media function, strengthen the social morals custom guidance; There are four kinds of excellent environment for secondary vocational school students to grow and become talents: campus environment full of humanistic care, healthy psychological growth environment, harmonious environment of benevolence and morality, and equal education environment for all; Change the education view of family and strengthen the deep communication between home and school.
