行业企业职工与高职院校教师“双向流动”的现状与对策

【摘要】:高等职业教育作为高等教育的一种类型,其主要功能是为行业企业和经济社会发展提供高素质的技术技能人才。然而纵观我国自1999年开始大规模举办高等职业教育的近20年来,数以千万计的高职毕业生流向社会后,给用人单位留下了高职毕业生量大质低的不良印象。课题组研究发现,高职院校人才培养质量不高跟国家政策、院校治理能力、办学经费、教学仪器数量等有关,但主要原因还在于教师队伍技术技能水平。如何提高教师自身的素质和能力应成为办学者最为紧迫的任务,而行业企业职工与高职院校教师跨界进行短期"双向流动",无疑是一种较好的策略,同时也对提高高职院校的人才培养水平有很大的促进作用。
[Abstract]:As a type of higher education, the main function of higher vocational education is to provide high quality technical talents for industry, enterprise and economic and social development. However, over the past 20 years since the large-scale organization of higher vocational education in our country in 1999, tens of millions of higher vocational graduates have left a bad impression on employers of large quantity of graduates and low quality. The research group found that the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges is not related to the national policy, the ability of university governance, the funds for running a school, the number of teaching instruments, etc., but the main reason lies in the technical skill level of the teachers. How to improve the teachers' quality and ability should become the most urgent task for the scholars. However, it is undoubtedly a better strategy to carry out the short-term "two-way flow" between the employees of enterprises and the teachers of higher vocational colleges. At the same time, it also promotes the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
