中职名师工作室主持人标准:理论解释、实践范例与框架设计——基于江、浙、沪名师工作室主持人标准的分析

【摘要】：名师工作室主持人决定着工作室的发展方向和建设水平,研制中职名师工作室主持人标准具有重要的时代意义。以国家政策、国内实践、国外标准和时代要求为中职名师工作室主持人标准研制的依据,形成以态度、知名度、专业知识、专业能力和组织管理为维度的中职名师工作室主持人标准的框架建议。
[Abstract]:The development direction and construction level of the famous teachers studio host is determined, so it is of great significance to develop the standard of the master teacher studio host in the secondary vocational school.
