高职院校公共英语教师转型发展研究
[Abstract]:The public English teachers in higher vocational colleges undertake the main curriculum and scientific research work of public English in higher vocational colleges, which is an important part of the teaching staff in our country. In order to achieve the goal of education and teaching, schools should improve the quality of teachers and help teachers make progress in professional development through various ways. However, for a long time, the construction of the teaching staff of public courses in higher vocational colleges has not attracted enough attention, and the professional development of teachers lacks systematic research, especially the professional development of public English teachers is almost "marginalized". The transformation and development of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges is urgent. In order to understand the present situation of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges and to sort out the reasons that affect the transformation and development of public English teachers in vocational colleges and universities, this study investigated 270 teachers of public English in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, from the basic situation of teachers. To investigate the attitude of public English course, knowledge of other subjects, career development problems and so on. In addition, the author chooses two representative leaders of public English teaching in higher vocational colleges as the interview objects to find out their views on the team of public English teachers, the current situation of their development, and the development plan. It is found that in the process of transformation and development of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges there are some difficulties such as unclear orientation of future career development inadequate psychological preparation for transformation and unclear orientation of transformation and lack of support from schools. On the basis of the investigation and interview, combined with the background and trend of the transformation of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges, this study puts forward the strategies of transformation and development of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges, and points out that the direction of transformation and development should be determined from the individual level. It can effectively promote the transformation and development of public English teachers by constructing the support system of transition and development from the organizational level and adopting the evaluation index of incentive transition development at the school level.
