辽宁省中职“教学名师”成长的内源性影响因素研究

【摘要】:《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中明确提出:“应培养一批教学名师来带动教师业务水平的提升。”中职教师是中职教学工作的主要力量,他们的教学水平直接影响着中职的教育教学质量,教学名师是教师群体中专业发展的佼佼者,他们有着崇高的职业信念、高尚的人格和职业道德、精深的专业知识、极强的教学能力和科研能力,更重要的是他们有着强烈的自主发展意识。所以,教学名师是普通教师专业成长的目标和榜样,名师的示范、引领作用有助于发掘中职教师成为教学名师的潜力,对中职学校培养名师具有重要的参考价值。 中职教学名师的成长是其坚定的职业信念和强烈的自主发展意识发挥主导作用的过程,所以,教学名师成长的关键是其内源性因素在起决定性作用,外在因素通过内在因素才能发挥作用。因此,本论文对教学名师成长的内源性影响因素进行研究,探索中职教学名师成长的规律,为中职教师成长为教学名师提供有效的成长路径。鉴于此,笔者选取了辽宁省中职教学名师中具有代表性的30位进行调查研究,并对其成长的内源性影响因素进行统计分析。 全文共分为五部分,第一部分阐述了研究背景,分析了中职教学名师成长中内源性影响因素的重要性,说明了其研究价值对名师成长的重要意义,并且对教学名师的以往研究进行了文献综述,分析了以往研究的缺失和不足;第二部分阐述了中职教学名师成长的理论基础,从而构建出本研究内源性影响因素的理论框架;第三部分介绍了本论文使用的研究方法,并阐述了本论文的研究过程;第四部分对辽宁省中职教学名师的基本情况和问卷调查的结果进行了统计和分析;第五部分主要是根据调查结果对中职教学名师在成长和培养方面提出的建议。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) clearly puts forward: "A number of famous teachers should be trained to promote the improvement of teachers' professional level." Secondary vocational school teachers are the main force of secondary vocational teaching work, their teaching level directly affects the quality of secondary vocational education and teaching, teaching famous teachers are the best in the professional development of teachers group, they have high professional beliefs. Noble personality and professional ethics, profound professional knowledge, strong teaching and scientific research ability, more importantly, they have a strong sense of independent development. Therefore, famous teachers are the goal and example of ordinary teachers' professional growth. The leading role of famous teachers is helpful to explore the potential of secondary vocational teachers to become famous teachers, and it has an important reference value for the training of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools. The growth of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools is the process of their firm professional beliefs and strong sense of independent development. Therefore, the key to the growth of famous teachers is that their endogenous factors play a decisive role. External factors play a role only through internal factors. Therefore, this paper studies the endogenous influencing factors of the growth of famous teachers, explores the law of the growth of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools, and provides an effective growth path for teachers in secondary vocational schools to become famous teachers of teaching. In view of this, the author selects 30 representative teachers of secondary vocational education in Liaoning Province to investigate and analyze the endogenous factors affecting their growth. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part expounds the research background, analyzes the importance of the endogenous influence factors in the growth of the famous teachers in secondary vocational education, and explains the significance of its research value to the growth of the famous teachers. And the literature review of the previous research of famous teachers, the analysis of the shortcomings and shortcomings of the previous research; The second part describes the theoretical basis of the growth of teachers in secondary vocational education, so as to construct the theoretical framework of endogenous factors, the third part introduces the research methods used in this paper, and describes the research process of this paper. In the fourth part, the author makes statistics and analysis on the basic situation of the famous teachers in secondary vocational schools and the results of the questionnaire survey. The fifth part is mainly based on the results of the survey on the development and training of the teachers of secondary vocational schools.
