高职软件专业学生职业素养量化评价

【摘要】:为弥补目前高职软件专业学生职业素养量化评价方法的缺失,提出一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的量化评价模型。根据软件行业从业人员职业素养要求构建评价指标体系,结合高职教育特点,综合考虑评价主体多元化,通过评价等级的标准化优化对量化结果进行数字化处理。结合实例,阐述应用该模型的一般步骤,验证模型在学生职业素养量化评价上的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to make up for the deficiency of the present quantitative evaluation method of professional accomplishment of software majors in higher vocational colleges, a quantitative evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. According to the requirement of the professional accomplishment of the software industry, the evaluation index system is constructed, combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education, the diversified evaluation subjects are considered synthetically, and the quantitative results are digitally processed through the standardization optimization of the evaluation grade. Combined with an example, the general steps of applying the model to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model in the quantitative evaluation of students' professional accomplishment are expounded.
