A高职院校人力资源发展战略研究

【摘要】:近些年,在高等教育高速发展的契机下我国的高职教育也了较快的发展,,这支高技能人才培养基地对推动我国高等“大众化教育”及经济发展已显现出它的巨大作用。然而,随着高职院校在校生人数的不断增多,各地高职院校纷纷进行改扩建,高职院校在发展的同时也面临着前所未有的问题。为了解决在发展壮大过程中对于人才的管理的问题,各高职院校纷纷开展对人力资源发展的研究。如何做好高职院校的人力资源管理工作,以适应新形势的需要,是摆在各高职院校面前的一项迫切而重要的新课题。 本文在对国内外高校人力资源战略理论研究的基础上,对我国高职院校人力资源管理的现状、存在的问题及其成因进行具体分析。在此基础上,以A高职院校人力资源战略制定为例,通过对A高职院校的内外部环境进行SWOT分析,研究了A院校现有人力资源发展战略的优缺点,给出了面向新世纪的A高职院校人力资源战略的愿景,目标和具体规划,力图为高职院校的发展提供科学的对策建议。研究成果对同类高职院校人力资源管理发展战略有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the higher vocational education in our country has also developed rapidly under the opportunity of the rapid development of higher education. This training base of high-skilled talents has shown its great effect on promoting the higher "mass education" and the economic development of our country. However, with the increasing number of students in higher vocational colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges have to carry out the expansion and transformation, while the development of vocational colleges is also facing unprecedented problems. In order to solve the problem of talent management in the process of development and expansion, higher vocational colleges have carried out research on human resources development. How to do well the human resource management in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of the new situation is an urgent and important new topic in front of each higher vocational college. On the basis of the research on the theory of human resource strategy in colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the present situation, problems and causes of human resource management in higher vocational colleges in China. On this basis, taking the human resource strategy of A higher vocational college as an example, through the SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment of A higher vocational college, this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing human resources development strategy in A higher vocational college. This paper gives the vision, goal and concrete plan of the human resource strategy of A higher vocational college facing the new century, and tries to provide scientific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of higher vocational college. The research results have certain reference significance to the development strategy of human resource management in the same vocational colleges.
