高职学生学习观的现状调查与研究

【摘要】:高职学生的学习观是高职学生在总结学习经验的基础上形成的,是关于学习本质、知识本质、学习目的、学习内容、学习方法、学习态度、学习能力以及实践技能等方面的基本观点和看法。随着学生知识水平及认知水平的提高,学习经验的增加,学生的学习观不可能是一成不变的,而是不断发展变化的。学习观的研究不仅与高职学生的学习密切相关,学习观的正确与否将直接影响高职学生的学习动机、认知过程、学习行为、自我调节和学习效果,而且也关系到我国高等职业教育人才培养的质量,进而影响到国家高级应用型和工艺型人才的质量。因此,培养高职学生树立正确的学习观是当前高等职业教育亟待解决的重要问题之一。 高职学生学习观现状研究中,通过对五所高职院校的460名学生进行抽样调查,并以此调查为依据,从整体层面具体分析当代高职学生学习观的现状,对高职学生的学习面貌有了更深入的认识。通过对高职学生学习本质、知识本质、学习目的、学习方法、学习态度、学习能力及实践技能七个维度的纵向分析,探索出高职学生从大一到大三学习观变化发展的规律性与差异性,进而把握高职学生学习观发展的趋势。 高职学生学习观的形成和发展是教育和文化背景、个体学习活动共同作用的结果,不仅受知识和实训经验、心理因素等内部因素的制约,,也受个体所处的社会、学校、家庭等环境因素的影响。在此基础上,笔者提出高职学生学习观的培养对策,主要从四个方面入手,即培养高职学生形成正确的学习观,优化高职学生学习观培养的社会环境,探索高职学生学习观培养的学校环境,改善高职学生学习观培养的家庭环境。
[Abstract]:The learning view of higher vocational students is formed on the basis of summing up their learning experience. It is about the essence of learning, the essence of knowledge, the purpose of learning, the content of study, the method of learning, the attitude of learning. Basic viewpoints and views on learning ability and practical skills. With the improvement of students' level of knowledge and cognition and the increase of their learning experience, students' view of learning can not be fixed, but is constantly developing and changing. The study of learning view is not only closely related to the study of higher vocational students, but also directly affects the learning motivation, cognitive process, learning behavior, self-regulation and learning effect of higher vocational students. Moreover, it also relates to the quality of talents training in higher vocational education in China, and then affects the quality of national advanced applied and craft talents. Therefore, it is an important problem for higher vocational education to set up a correct view of learning. In the study of the present situation of students' view of learning in higher vocational colleges, through the sampling survey of 460 students in five higher vocational colleges, and on the basis of the investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the learning view of contemporary vocational students from the overall level. We have a deeper understanding of the learning outlook of higher vocational students. Through the longitudinal analysis of seven dimensions of learning essence, knowledge essence, learning purpose, learning method, learning attitude, learning ability and practical skills of higher vocational college students, This paper explores the regularity and difference of the change and development of higher vocational students' view of learning from freshman to junior, and then grasps the trend of the development of higher vocational students' view of learning. The formation and development of higher vocational students' view of learning is the result of the joint action of educational and cultural background and individual learning activities. It is not only restricted by internal factors, such as knowledge and practical experience, psychological factors, etc., but also by the society and school in which the individual lives. The influence of environmental factors such as family. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the training countermeasures of the students' learning view in higher vocational education, mainly from four aspects, that is, to train the students in higher vocational education to form the correct learning view, and to optimize the social environment for the cultivation of the students' learning view in higher vocational education. To explore the school environment and improve the family environment of higher vocational students' view of learning.
