广东高职院校可持续发展问题研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，广东高等职业教育实现了跨越式发展，，院校数量和招生规模都在不断扩充,为广东经济社会发展培养了大量技能型人才，成为广东经济社会发展的有力支撑。然而，随着广东省产业结构水平也不断提升,高等职业院校现有的人才培养模式及发展模式已不适应现时期的经济发展的需要。在广东高职教育已进入办学规模和招生规模快速扩张的新时期,研究如何使广东高职院校在注重外延扩张的同时,实现向内涵式发展模式的转变,从而确保高职教育在规模、结构、质量和效益上的协调,对最终走向可持续发展道路具有极其重要的现实意义。从广东省高职院校发展情况来看,办校规模不断扩大,其教育质量和特色越来越受到关注。虽然在近二十年的发展过程中,广东省高职院校一直在勇于改革和创新,但是在经过快速稳定的发展后,广东省高职院校校面临不少问题亟待解决。本文在阐述高职院校可持续发展的指导思想及理论支撑的基础上，分析广东高职院校发展现状，分析广东省高职院校可持续发展的背景以及广东高职院校可持续发展面临的机遇和挑战，探索适合广东的高职院校的可持续发展之路。提出广东高职院校可持续发展指导思想，从培养高素质劳动力的能力、推动高职教育持续发展的能力、促进区域经济持续发展的能力综合考量,对广东高职院校可持续发展进行目标定位,最后从构建良性外部环境支撑系统和内部可持续发展举措两个方向提出了促进广东高职院校可持续发展的对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong higher vocational education has achieved great-leap-forward development, the number of colleges and universities and enrollment scale are constantly expanding, for the economic and social development of Guangdong to cultivate a large number of skilled personnel, become a strong support for the economic and social development of Guangdong. However, with the upgrading of the industrial structure of Guangdong Province, the existing talents training mode and development model in higher vocational colleges are no longer suitable for the needs of economic development in the present period. As Guangdong higher vocational education has entered a new period of rapid expansion of school-running scale and enrollment scale, this paper studies how to make Guangdong higher vocational colleges pay attention to the expansion of extension and realize the transformation to the mode of internal development, so as to ensure the scale of higher vocational education. The coordination of structure, quality and benefit is of great practical significance to the road of sustainable development. In view of the development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, the educational quality and characteristics of higher vocational colleges have been paid more and more attention. In the past 20 years, higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province have been brave to reform and innovation, but after the rapid and stable development, higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province are faced with many problems to be solved. On the basis of expounding the guiding ideology and theoretical support of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong. This paper analyzes the background of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province and the opportunities and challenges faced by the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, and explores the way of sustainable development of higher vocational colleges suitable for Guangdong. This paper puts forward the guiding ideology of sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong, and comprehensively considers the ability of cultivating high-quality labor force, promoting the sustainable development of higher vocational education and promoting the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper aims at the sustainable development of Guangdong higher vocational colleges, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of Guangdong higher vocational colleges from the two directions of constructing benign external environment support system and internal sustainable development measures.
