高职教育“双师型”教师队伍顶层设计的构建

【摘要】：顶层设计是基于宏观视角的一种现代管理理念。为满足现代职业教育对教师人才能力与素养的复合式增长要求,实现我国高职教育价值体系向纵深发展,需要优化配置教师资源,构建"双师型"教师队伍顶层设计。文章在明晰"双师型"教师的内涵和存在的问题的基础上,就观念、制度、培养机制三个顶层设计层面提出相关建议,为我国"双师型"人才队伍的优化建设提供助力。
[Abstract]:Top-level design is a modern management concept based on macro-perspective. In order to meet the complex growth requirements of modern vocational education on the ability and accomplishment of teachers, and to realize the development of the value system of higher vocational education in China, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of teachers' resources and construct the top-level design of "double-type" teachers. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and existing problems of the "double-qualified" teachers, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the top-level design of the concept, system and training mechanism, which will help to optimize the construction of the "double-qualified" talents team in our country.
