职业学校学生综合职业素养成长模式的研究与实践

【摘要】：北京市商业学校立足现代服务业员工能力素质要求,服务于企业用人需求,立足学生身心特点和现状,服务于学生成长发展需要,围绕人才培养目标和人才培养模式改革,通过校企合作、系统构建了"德能兼备、九训共育、人人出彩"的学生综合职业素养成长模式。该模式实施后,学生综合职业素养全面提升,学校育人质量显著提高。本成果在职业学校学生综合职业素养培养的理论和实践方面做出了重要探索与创新,取得了全面系统的成功经验,其模式可借鉴、复制和推广;成果是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有益探索,在全国产生了重大影响,引领示范作用突出。
[Abstract]:Beijing Business School is based on the ability and quality requirements of modern service industry employees, serves the needs of enterprises, serves the physical and mental characteristics and present situation of students, serves the needs of students' growth and development, and revolves around the goal of personnel training and the reform of talent training mode. Through the cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper systematically constructs the growth mode of students' comprehensive professional accomplishment, which is "both morality and ability, nine training and common education, and everyone is outstanding". After the implementation of this model, the comprehensive professional literacy of students has been improved in an all-round way, and the quality of school education has been significantly improved. This achievement has made important exploration and innovation in the theory and practice of the cultivation of comprehensive vocational literacy of vocational school students, and has achieved comprehensive and systematic successful experience, and its model can be used for reference, replication and promotion. The result is a beneficial exploration to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism, which has had a great influence in the whole country and plays a prominent role in leading the demonstration.
