山东省中等职业学校英语教师职业现状研究

【摘要】:随着改革的不断深化,我国在政治、经济、文化等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。为了适应时代的发展,我国政府坚持科学的发展观,积极构建现代职业教育体系的同时,加大了对中等职业教育的重视。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中就明确指出,逐步实行中等职业教育免费制度。随着经济全球化的发展,国际间交往的频繁化,英语的重要性地位越来越显著。中等职业学校英语教师职业发展研究是适应时代发展的需要,是中国教育改革发展的必然需要,也是完善中职英语教师队伍自身建设的重要条件。英语教师作为英语知识的传播者,在英语教学中有着举足轻重的作用。重视中等职业学校英语教师的职业发展现状,制定相关政策不断提高中职英语教师的综合素质,有利于中职英语教师队伍优化建设,有利于促进我国教育改革顺利有效的开展,为中国特色社会主义现代化建设培养出更多的国际化的实用型人才,加强科学技术领域的交流与合作。 本文以中等职业学校英语教师发展现状为出发点,选取山东省四个发展层次不同,具有代表性的市(济南、临沂、聊城、枣庄),在每个市中,抽取两个中等职业学校,采取问卷调查、访谈、文献资料等方法,以构建主义、终身教育等理论为支撑,对中等职业学校英语教师基本状况、职业现状和职业发展等方面进行分析研究,全面真实的掌握现阶段中等职业英语教师的真实情况,发现当前中等职业学校英语教师队伍结构不合理,同时,中职英语教师的学历层次还有待提高;其职业发展意识、反思能力及知识和能力水平也都需要进一步提高。通过从个人、学校和社会三个角度认真分析问题的原因所在,提出相应的建议,认为中职英语教师需要全面的提高个人的综合素质,中职学校也应该做好学校软硬件的建设工作,在社会各界力量积极参与中职英语教师的建设,从而优化中等职业学校英语教师队伍,促进中等职业学校的发展,使其培养出更多适应社会发展需要的国际化人才,进一步促进社会主义现代化建设的发展,有利于增强我国的综合国力和国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform, China has made remarkable achievements in politics, economy, culture and so on. In order to adapt to the development of the times, our government adheres to the scientific concept of development and actively constructs the modern vocational education system, while paying more attention to the secondary vocational education. In the outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), it is clearly pointed out that the free system of secondary vocational education should be gradually implemented. With the development of economic globalization and the frequent international exchanges, the importance of English is becoming more and more significant. The study on the career development of English teachers in secondary vocational schools is not only to meet the needs of the development of the times, but also an inevitable need for the reform and development of education in China, and also an important condition for perfecting the self-construction of English teachers in secondary vocational schools. As the communicator of English knowledge, English teachers play an important role in English teaching. Paying attention to the present situation of English teachers' career development in secondary vocational schools and formulating relevant policies to continuously improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational English teachers are conducive to the optimization of secondary vocational English teachers, to the smooth and effective development of educational reform in China, to the cultivation of more international practical talents for the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation in the field of science and technology. Based on the present situation of English teachers' development in secondary vocational schools, this paper selects four representative cities in Shandong Province (Jinan, Linyi, Liaocheng, Zaozhuang). In each city, two secondary vocational schools are selected, questionnaire, interview, literature and other methods are adopted, and the basic situation of English teachers in secondary vocational schools is supported by constructivism and lifelong education. This paper analyzes and studies the present situation and career development of secondary vocational English teachers, comprehensively and truly grasps the real situation of secondary vocational English teachers at the present stage, and finds that the current structure of English teachers in secondary vocational schools is unreasonable. At the same time, the academic level of secondary vocational English teachers still needs to be improved. Its career development consciousness, reflective ability and knowledge and ability level also need to be further improved. By carefully analyzing the causes of the problems from the perspectives of individuals, schools and society, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions, and holds that English teachers in secondary vocational schools need to improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way, and secondary vocational schools should also do a good job in the construction of school hardware and software, and actively participate in the construction of secondary vocational English teachers in all walks of life, so as to optimize the contingent of English teachers in secondary vocational schools and promote the development of secondary vocational schools. To train more international talents to meet the needs of social development and further promote the development of socialist modernization is conducive to strengthening China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.
