高职辅导员职业化发展的现实困境与干预策略

【摘要】:加强和改进高职院校辅导员队伍建设是高职院校大学生思想政治教育的有效保障,高职院校辅导员职业化发展存在准入机制要求不高、职业认知不够到位、考评体系不够科学、职业归属感缺失等现实问题,通过建立严格的高职辅导员职业准入制度,提升高职辅导员职业技能,完善高职辅导员职业化发展管理体系,构建高职辅导员发展激励机制等一系列措施,对于积极推进高职辅导员职业化发展具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Strengthening and improving the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges is an effective guarantee for ideological and political education of college students in higher vocational colleges. There are some practical problems in the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges, such as low requirements of access mechanism, insufficient professional cognition, not scientific evaluation system, lack of sense of professional belonging, etc., through the establishment of a strict vocational counselor vocational access system, to improve the vocational skills of higher vocational counselors. A series of measures, such as perfecting the professional development management system of higher vocational counselors and constructing the incentive mechanism for the development of higher vocational counselors, are of great theoretical value and practical significance for actively promoting the professionalization development of higher vocational counselors.
