我国农业保险定价的国外经验借鉴与完善对策

【摘要】：近年来,农业保险制度研究发展迅速、脱胎于商业保险的农业保险定价存在比较集中的道德风险与逆选择、国家财政提供更大支持的基础、在更大范围推广农业保险具有更好的条件、农业保险定价可借鉴经验更丰富,这些都为农业保险定价的变更奠定了基础。通过借鉴美国农业保险定价的经验,确立更加科学的农业保险价格目标、加大对农业保险财政投入降低定价、加大保险产品创新丰富保险定价等,进一步完善我国农业保险定价,提高农业保险的针对性与吸引力,更好地保障农业生产与农民收入水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research of agricultural insurance system has developed rapidly. The pricing of agricultural insurance originated from commercial insurance has more concentrated moral hazard and adverse choice. There are better conditions for popularizing agricultural insurance on a larger scale, and more experience for agricultural insurance pricing. All these have laid the foundation for the change of agricultural insurance pricing. To establish a more scientific price target for agricultural insurance, increase the investment in agricultural insurance and reduce the price, increase the innovation of insurance products, enrich insurance pricing, further improve the pricing of agricultural insurance in China, and improve the pertinence and attractiveness of agricultural insurance. Better ensure agricultural production and farmers' income level.
