陕西省农民参加农村小额人身保险意愿及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：运用小额保险项目为低收入人群提供着保障服务是当前众多发展中国家积极探索的项目。早在2008年6月，农村小额保险正式在我国农村地区开始启动。2009年经保监会决定，将陕西省纳入农村小额人身保险试点省份。但是，就我国目前现状而言，农村小额保险还处于初级探索阶段，相关理论研究也相对薄弱，其发展也受到很多因素的制约，覆盖面并不能满足农村居民的需求，覆盖范围很低，导致农村居民的需求得不到完全的满足。所以，本文的研究对象为陕西省农民对农村小额保险的参保意愿及影响因素，通过对陕西省农村小额保险的参保的现状进行分析，了解影响我国农村小额人身保险需求意愿的原因，同时，由于国外农村小额保险起步比较早，所以，在我国的农村小额保险业务的开展中，可借助其成功的经验。本文内容主要由以下六个章节组成：第一章主要论述的是本篇论文的所研究的大背景、研究的意义和目的，此外还有当前我国的和国外的研究的内容和动态，，技术路线与研究思路、以及本篇论文的创新之处。第二章是总体阐述了关于农村小额保险的理论问题。首先，介绍了农村小额保险的定义、目标人群的界定以及农村小额保险产品的分类；其次，从一些经典的理论进行分析，本篇论文我们涉及到金字塔底层战略理论、生命价值理论等理论，从经济学的专业角度出发，论述农村小额保险的发生和发展的理论基础。第三章介绍了陕西省的农村小额保险的发展的实际情况。首先，对农村小额保险在陕西省农村的发展形势进行分析总结；其次，通过保险人、投保人和政府监管者的不同角度分别概述了小额人身保险在我国发展中存在的问题。第四章是对陕西省农民的参保现状、参保意愿进行统计性描述分析，并对不同地区的参保意愿进行简单比较。第五章对陕西省农民参保意愿的影响因素进行实证分析，其中包括研究假设、模型构建、模型估计与结果分析。第六章得出结论，从合理的保费收取、有效的运行模式、产品开发及组合销售、加强宣传和客户服务、政策扶持和监管措施等五个方面讨论分析，得出结论，给出建议来更好的建设我国的农村小额人身保险，为其更好的可持续的发展提供建设性意见和建议。
[Abstract]:The use of micro insurance program for low-income people to provide security services is one of many developing countries are actively exploring the project. In early June 2008, Rural Micro insurance officially started.2009 years after the CIRC decided in the rural areas of China, Shaanxi province will be included in the pilot provinces of small sum personal insurance in rural areas. However, China's current situation. Rural Micro insurance is still in the initial stage of exploration, the relevant theoretical research is relatively weak, it is restricted by many factors, the coverage can not meet the demand of the rural residents, the coverage is very low, leading to the demand of the rural residents is not fully satisfied.
Therefore, the object of this research is the factors of farmers in Shaanxi province of Rural Micro insurance willingness to participate and influence, through the analysis of the present situation of Rural Micro insurance in Shaanxi province insured, to understand the reason, influence the demand of China's Rural Micro insurance at the same time, because of Foreign Rural micro insurance started relatively early, so, in the development of China's Rural Micro insurance business, by virtue of its successful experience.
The content of this paper consists of the following six chapters: the first chapter mainly discusses the background of this thesis is the study of the meaning and purpose of the study, in addition to the current study of Chinese and foreign content and dynamic, technical route and research ideas, and the innovation of this paper. The second chapter is overall expounds the theoretical problems about Rural Micro insurance. Firstly, introduces the definition of Rural Micro insurance, the definition and classification of target population of Rural Micro insurance products; secondly, from the analysis of some classical theories, this thesis we refer to the bottom of the Pyramid strategy theory, life value theory, from a professional perspective economics, theoretical basis of the occurrence and development of micro insurance in rural areas. The third chapter introduces the actual situation of the development of Rural Micro insurance in Shaanxi province.
