改革养老金双轨制不能再拖

【摘要】：正近年来,有关养老社保的话题倍受关注,养老金双轨制更是长期以来饱受争议。中国社科院近日发布《2012社会保障绿皮书》和《中国社会保障收入再分配状况调查》。调查显示,近四成人认为养老金过少,甚至不能满足生活需要。不同养老保险制度的养老金最低200元,最高10000元,相差近50倍。由中国社科院组织完成的中国社会保障发展报告显示,我国现有60岁以上老人1.85亿,加上企业50岁退休和事业
[Abstract]:In recent years, the topic of pension social security has attracted much attention, and the double-track pension system has been controversial for a long time. The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences recently released the Green Book on Social Security in 2012 and the Survey of income redistribution in Social Security in China. According to the survey, nearly 40% think pensions are too small to even meet their needs. Pension of different endowment insurance system is lowest 200 yuan, highest 10000 yuan, difference is nearly 50 times. The report on the Development of Social Security in China, organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, shows that there are now 185 million people over the age of 60 in China, plus enterprises retiring and undertaking at the age of 50.
