辽宁沿海经济带失地农民养老保险财政负担能力研究

【摘要】：作为国家战略的辽宁沿海经济带近年来发展态势良好,但随着城市化进程的推进,经济带内失地农民数量日趋增多,养老保险问题逐渐成为关注焦点。本文在分别测算经济带失地农民养老保险财政资金供求额之后,利用计量软件对其进行实证分析,找出影响失地农民养老保险财政资金供求数额的因素,对地方财政弥补失地农民养老保险资金缺口能力进行分析,并提出弥补缺口的建议。
[Abstract]:Liaoning coastal economic belt, as a national strategy, has been developing well in recent years. However, with the advancement of urbanization, the number of land-lost farmers in the economic belt is increasing day by day, and the issue of old-age insurance has gradually become the focus of attention. After calculating the supply and demand of the financial funds of the peasants' pension insurance in the economic belt, this paper makes an empirical analysis on them by using the measurement software, and finds out the factors that affect the amount of the financial funds of the peasants' pension insurance in the lost land. This paper analyzes the ability of local finance to make up the gap of endowment insurance fund of land-lost farmers, and puts forward some suggestions to make up the gap.
